Domus Clara is a stone farmhouse in the wonders of Mount Subasio, with a panoramic view of the evocative Umbrian Valley, a few kilometers from Assisi and some of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. The structure is finished with quality materials and is equipped with every comfort to spend an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Umbria. Internally it consists of 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The outdoor area is equipped with a dining area, oven, barbecue, garden, infinity pool with panoramic views, relaxation area and play area.

Beautiful property. Perfect for 4 adults. Location is beautiful with easy access to main roads. Property Manager Antonelo was exceptionally helpful, congenial, and gracious. Bathrooms are small, but typical of many villas. Would have preferred more comfortable living room furniture to relax in after long days out. A pair of scissors in the kitchen would be most helpful. Would love to come back, and we are planning a return in 2027 for a much longer stay.

Beautiful Domus Clara!!

We spent a wonderful week at Domus Clara! The communication with Luisa was very easy and she always responded right away. The house is lovely with everything you would need for your stay. It is centrally located so easy to visit various towns and villages in Umbria each day. The layout of the house was great for our family of 3 with our daughter having her own en suite room. But it is really the outside spaces that make this home awesome! It was very hot during our visit and the pool was great to come back to after a day exploring. The views are incredible and really quiet, remote setting. Loved every minute and we can’t wait to return!!

We have been to Italy 3 times, always rented villas, and this villa ,Domus Clara is the best, outstanding property, the owner Luisa is fantastic and caring, always responding to any tiny issue we had, we definately recommend this villa to anyone. The villa is located on a hillside, overlooking a beautifull Umbria Valley, olive trees, etc. We enjoyed the infinity pool every day, always eating outside, for bbq, and especially the wood fired pizza, which we really enjoyed, our first experience making authentic pizza. This villa is outstanding, we all will be back one day soon. Ciao, Ron
