All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.

Situated on the edge of the peaceful Beaumont Village bordering the nature reserve and in close proximity to all activities available at Silverlake, this is a great cottage for a fun-filled family holiday. The property sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, with one bedroom being a bunk room best suited for children.

Ground Floor
Lounge area with recessed wood burning stove and two two-seater settees leads on to the Dining Room with dining for six. There is a double width peninsula fully fitted kitchen.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom accommodates a king-size bed with en-suite shower room. There is a second king bedroom, a further bunk bed room and family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Additional
Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and high chair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at time of booking.

Access to activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
