Chris is amazing to work with. He helped add an additional night seamlessly. The home is located close to Disney and other Orlando attractions. Our family enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and outside seating area. One of our favorite amenities was the theatre room. It is Star Wars themed and so comfortable. Chris even has blankets in there for you to snuggle up in and watch your favorite movies. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend Chris and the home. We look forward to returning soon. Thanks Chris!

Our host Chris was fantastic! Great communication and very quick to respond. The house was neat and clean and with a nice view of the golf course. Every light switch was labeled making very easy to find the correct one. The theater room was the perfect spot to watch NFL playoff football. I would highly recommend staying here again.

Outstanding stay! Our family of six stayed at this gorgeous property. It is absolutely enormous inside, and immaculate. The host, Chris, is fantastic. We were able to meet him and he is very professional and on top of anything that you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedrooms have very comfortable linen and pillows, and the bathrooms have abundant wonderful plush towels. It was a pleasant surprise to also see extra dishwasher pods, along with washing machine pods. Not all rental homes provide you with your first few days worth! We paid for the pool to be heated, and it was perfect. Lovely patio furniture both off of the bedrooms upstairs and around the pool. There is a working barbeque as well, which Chris does not charge extra for. The location is ideal. We have stayed at reunion before and it is a really nice area. We are already discussing when we are going to be coming back. Truly, one of the best rental experiences that we’ve had!!

Fantastic home and location.

Highly recommend this home. Love renting in Reunion Resort. The houses are the largest and nicest in the Disney area and this house definitely does not disappoint. House was very clean and perfect for our group of seven. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The pool heat worked very well and made the pool nice and warm on cool days. Chris, the owner, was extremely responsive. Best communication and responsiveness that we have experienced during any rental we have done through VRBO.

My stay was excellent, my family enjoyed our stay, and my grandchildren absolutely had a great time with the pool and the movie room. The host Chris was excellent, he communicated on a regular basis and was concerned that everything was good. There was nothing that we needed as the house had all the amentias that we needed, it was beautiful and felt as if it was my own. I would go back, and I already recommended this property to friends and family.

Home away from home.

We have been renting in the reunion area for the last 12 years, always looking for that perfect home. While no home is perfect, this one came very close. It is a spacious open concept with a great theater room, pool, new grill, & billiard table. The house is well kept with few signs of wear and tear, and the kitchen appliances as well as furniture and appointments are new. The customer service was fantastic. Chris, our property manager was exceptional. The best I have ever had for a rental property. He made us feel at home, while providing immediate feedback for any inquiry we had. He made sure we were satisfied and were able to have a good stay without being intrusive. He couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. In fact, we liked the house and him so much we are renting again next year.

I had a fantastic stay at this house, which offers an array of activities to suit everyone. The hot tub is definitely worth the extra cost; we loved unwinding there each night after our days out at the theme parks. The movie theater room was a highlight, equipped with Xbox games and a collection of DVDs, including all the Star Wars films. We especially enjoyed watching "Solo." Playing pool in the front room added to our entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for meal preparation—we mainly used it for breakfast before heading out each morning. The artwork throughout the house is impressive, particularly the Star Wars theme in the theater, which was perfect for this huge fan.The upstairs carpet is plush, and the vaulted ceilings create a spacious atmosphere. During our stay, I noticed that the upstairs primary bedroom was warmer due to a closed air vent. I reached out to Chris, who promptly came over the same day to resolve the issue himself. Be aware that the house is located in a lovely but expansive community. You'll receive a pass to enter and exit through the main entrance, but there is another entrance that only allows exits. Overall, this house is stunning, and I wish I had set aside a full day to fully enjoy all its fantastic amenities.

Lovely Christmas Holidays

Our family very much enjoyed the spacious house, location and beautiful resort. Chris, who is both owner and property manager, is terrifically responsive be the issue missing kitchen utensils (on Christmas Eve no less) or assistance with electronic equipment, responding almost immediately. Chris was also wonderfully helpful in assisting us with holiday preparations and accepting packages. A few suggestions, (i) the house instruction manual needs to be updated to reflect current ownership, etc., (ii) the stereo systems needs to be repaired so that it works throughout the house as described, and (iii) while the television in the main living area worked well, there were some connectivity disruptions on the other televisions and home theater, inability to access Netflix, etc. By way of explanation regarding our three star review of the accuracy of the on line listing, a missing amenity surprised us. Importantly, Chris did what he could to resolve the issue favorably and the property description has been updated. Overall, our family did enjoy this property and recommend it to you.

Thank you for your review & recommending our property! We take pride in all our Guest’s reviews to assure customer satisfaction! It is much appreciated that you mentioned my immediate customer service & attentiveness to your needs. It’s very important to us & also is our mission to resolve any requests &/or issues immediately. We value your advice & suggestions! Welcome Book has been updated. Stereo system is being updated in the future & we do provide a Bluetooth speaker for the guests during their stay. The Cable TV provides DVR Boxes for all TV’s in the home. The cable reception is wired through the 100M internet network. During Christmas week, there was some minor internet issues throughout the community & the cable company resolved quickly. We checked the Netflix access & it is working properly. We have updated in the Welcome Book with easy instructions on how to access Netflix. Once again thank you for your suggestions & look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Orlando Florida!

Lux home

Gorgeous home and property manager Chris is amazing! We went for a volleyball tournament in Orlando with our family of 5 and we all had tons of space. Theater was incredible and AC worked great everywhere! Beds were comfy with hotel sheets (though bring your own pillow if you like a soft down pillow). Traffic in Florida is cray so 20 minutes is often 45. Celebration felt very safe and the pool and setting was wonderful. There were only two reasons this amazing home only gets 4 stars from us: the tap water and kitchen supplies. The tap water in Orlando is truly awful. Smells like sulfur because of all the rain. Not the fault of the owners but there are ways to filter/soften or offer bottled water for drinking and cooking. Second the cupboards are completely bare. Not even salt or pepper. So if you are like us and want to cook at your rental you have to buy 100% everything. I wish there was a way to give this a 4.5 star review because the house is gorgeous but those two items made it less than perfect.

Thank you for your review! Truly appreciated! My wife Christine & I strive for customer satisfaction to assure that all of our guests have a positive, favorable, & memorable experience! You and your family were fantastic guests! You left the home in great condition at checkout & that is truly appreciated! Before your review, VRBO allows "owners/property managers" to rate our guests, & we gave you all 5 Stars for the rating on all categories! With over 118 bookings, who have been guests of our home that were booked through VRBO since 2017, we are very proud to have over 90 Five Star Reviews & our goal is to earn & reach 100 Five Star Reviews by year end. Also, we are very proud of the fact that over 30% of past guests have stayed at the home multiple times! The water in the Reunion Resort Community is public water. We have never received a complaint from past guests about any water smell. We loved your idea & took your recommendation on installing a water filtration system for the home which has already been installed on the home within the last week. Please refer to the last photo on this VRBO listing to show the home water filtration installed. Our Current Kitchen Houseware Inventory accommodates 12 Guests. 12+ (of all sizes) Plates, Bowls, Glasses, & Coffee Cups, 2 Sets of Silverware, all utensils, a full set of Pots & Pans, etc... Please refer to the last 3 photos in this VRBO listing of our complete Kitchen Houseware Inventory. (2 Photos taken July 2023). Through our communications during your stay, you never mentioned anything about the Kitchen Inventory. If I had been made aware of any items needed, I would have resolved it immediately. For it has always been our policy, that if there are any kitchen item(s) that we did not have that a Guest requests, we purchase and deliver on the same day of request. We are also taking your recommendation for all future stays of adding new salt/pepper shakers as one of our pre-arrival starter supplies. Other pre-arrival starter supplies that are in home for Check In are: 2 Toilet Paper rolls per bathroom, Liquid Soap for each sink, 5 Laundry Pods, 5 Dishwasher Pods, Dawn Liquid Dishwashing soap, 5 Garbage Bags, & a Kitchen Sponge. Once again thank you for being our guest, and we are glad that you loved the home and our service!

Best we stayed at

We have used Vrbo and rented at reunion twice before this trip. Both prior stays we’re not good the last one being a complete disaster. 1st home wifi and a/c we’re horrible and sub-par at best. The host was no where to be found and sent Maintenance over once who did nothing. The 2nd home called the Lux was Anything but. The freezers and the washer and dryer did not work. Our host never checked in even after we complained. This trip however changed how we feel. Our host Chris Brodock was in constant communication with me from the minute I left the deposit. Every time I reached out he responded quickly, he was very clear and gave great instructions on how to use or find everything we needed to know. The day we were flying in our flight got delayed he made sure we texted him no matter the time so he knew we had gotten in. He left all the lights on so we did not have to enter a dark home , House was also exactly how he described and everything worked. We plan on staying there again next year. Thank you Chris for finally allowing us to enjoy a vacation. At reunion in peace with no issues
