Riversdale is a beautiful family holiday home, with a cosy wood burner, comfortable bedrooms and a peaceful village location. The perfect Lake District getaway.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Bedroom 4: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. . Small enclosed garden with patio. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Riversdale is a stunning four bedroom, four bathroom detached lodge situated beside a peaceful stream. It has been completely re-furbished and modernised in 2019 and is ideal for large families or groups looking for that idyllic getaway. The property comprises a large living room with a wood burner, formal dining area with ample seating, modern fitted kitchen, a utility room and a downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor are four comfortable bedrooms, each with their own en-suite facilities for added privacy.
Before you even step over the threshold you have to pause for a moment to take in the stunning backdrop of the surrounding fells. Outside there is a charming garden with seating area. Riversdale comes with its own parking, so you can leave the car and explore one of the many walks that are available right from your doorstep. Just a few moments away is the popular village of Grasmere with everything from tea shops to fine dining, and of course the famous ‘Grasmere Ginger Bread’, or if you prefer, stay in and relax round the wood burner in the comfortable living room. Either way, you will be refreshed and ready for the next day’s adventure.
The property has a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing with a drink as the sun goes down. Shop and pub 500 yards, restaurant 200 yards.
Riversdale can be booked together with Coach House (ref UK1330) and Grange End Stables (ref UK1331) to accommodate up to 16 guests.
