Small house Belliloise, in quiet residence with heated pool from May to September, overlooking the ocean and the island of Hoëdic, located in Locmaria, a small village south of Belle Ile, 300m from a small beach fine sand (port maria) and coastal paths, and nearby (150m) shops (cafe, supermarket, bakery, bike rental, restaurants).
Access to the bus network (stop at 150m).
The house is regularly occupied and maintained by its owners.
On the ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a table and 5 chairs ...) and living room with sofa bed (2 places) TV and DVD player, coffee table, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage space.
Small private terrace on the sea side opening onto a large lawn, with 2 garden tables, five seats and two chairs sunbathing, parasol.
Upstairs 2nd bathroom bath, sink, large room with sea view, double bed 140, cot, inflatable mattress 1 person, plenty of storage, 3 duvets 2 people, 1 duvet 1 person, blankets.
