Schöner Urlaub

Tolles Ferienhaus, super ausgestattet. Durch das eigene Grundstück bestens für Familien zu empfehlen. Man kann sich toll und flexibel gestalten. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.

2 schöne Wochen in Vrećari und der weiteren Umgebung

Wir haben 2 Wochen im "Haus Edi" verbracht und bereuen es nicht. Die Kinder sind dabei, schwimmen zu lernen und da kam der sehr neue und gepflegte Pool gerade recht. Die Umgebung ist zwar sehr ruhig, aber eher von Gewerbegebieten geprägt - hübsch ist anders, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Mit dem Vermieter (bzw seiner Tochter, die bei Bedarf dolmetscht) gab es keinerlei Probleme. Eines Tages stand er vor der Tür und hat uns eine riesige Wassermelone und eine Tüte faustgrosser Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten geschenkt. Ein paar Dinge gingen zu Bruch, aber das wurde kulant repariert und ausgetauscht. Die Sitzecke draußen (samt Gasgrill) wurde sehr häufig frequentiert. Leider gab's am letzten Abend noch einmal ein Gewitter, sonst hätten wir zum sechsten (?) Mal gegrillt. Morgens wurden wir teils arg von Wespen geplagt, was sich aber auch nach dem Eingreifen des Vermieters besserte. Ein paar Wespen blieben uns aber immer erhalten :-) Innerhalb von ca 1h ist man in Fažana und kann in den Brijuni Nationalpark übersetzen; die Fähre nach Cres ist auch um die Ecke. Auf Pula (auch ca. 1h Fahrt) haben wir wir wegen Covid-19 verzichtet. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, auch dank Familie Vale!

Gerne wieder

Sehr schönes, gemütliches kleines Häuschen mit allem was man im Urlaub benötigt. Einzig den Geschirrspüler haben wir manchmal vermißt. Der Außenbereich mit dem neu eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Pool ist schön gestaltet. Was wir jedoch nicht wußten, weil das auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen war, das Haus der Vermieter grenzt direkt an das Grundstück. Von der im Vermieter Haus gelegenen Ferienwohnung ist das Grundstück komplett einsehbar. Etwas störend waren auch die Baufahrzeuge des Malergeschäfts vom Vermieter die direkt vor dem Grundstück rangieren und parken. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und fürsorglich, es gab eigenes Gemüse. Super Anbindung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Meer.

Nette Vermieter, aber leider gab es Schimmel im Bad und die gesamte Wohnung war zu dunkel

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben alles versucht den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Leider war im Bad Schimmel vorhanden, welcher sehr stark gerochen hat. Wir haben unsere Kleine nicht ins Bad gelassen und die Große nur zum Duschen. Ansonsten gab es im Sommer 2018 ein Mücken und Wespen Problem. Dafür können die Vermieter nichts, aber wir könnten uns Abends leider nur bedingt draußen aufhalten. Wären die Mücken und die Wespen nicht gewesen hätte man sich wunderbar draußen aufhalten können.

Ruhiges gemütlich Haus. Sehr sauber gute zentrale Lage.

Wir durften zu zweit das Haus teilen, sehr schön und sauber. Gute Anbindung an Rabac ca 15min mit dem Auto und 10min Labin. Mehrere Supermärkte zb Podin ca 2min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Super lecker resterunt zb Franeli ca 3min. Würde wieder kommen. Die Haus Besitzer sind sehr nett und es gab eine Flasche Hauswein.

Bellissima Istria

Da subito siamo stati ricevuti dalla proprietaria Natalija ed i suoi genitori in maniera molto calorosa.I genitori vivono nella casa principale di fronte al cottages dove abbiamo soggiornato noi. Il cottage era carinissimo, addirittura con un camino all'interno, e nelle serate cenavamo fuori sotto al gazebo adiacente al cottage.Ogni tanto qualche zanzara ma poca roba, all'interno dell'appartamento è presente veramente di tutto : tv, condizionatore, lavatrice, accessori vari ..Forse l'unico neo la mancanza di una doccia esterna che avrebbe facilitato al ritorno dal mare, comunque i proprietri ci hanno comunicato che per il prossimo anno prevedevano la costruzione di una piscina adiacente al cottage. Appena arrivati il padre di Natalija ci ha portato un bel cocomero ed in frigo ci ha fatto trovare un bel cesto di verdura (molto buona) ed alcune birre. Dietro al cottage ci sono oltre allo stendino,in lontananza, le gabbie di 3 cani (il padre è un cacciatore) che nelle notti di pernottamento non abbiamo mai , e dico mai sentito abbaiare. Da questo splendido posto abbiamo raggiunto la nostra postazione marina (a 10 min .in machina ) Rabac, molto carina specialmente nella zona dei residence dove comunque tutti possono entrare e piazxare l'ombrellone davanti a quelli a loro riservati, oppure andare in 10 minuio alla spiaggetta in fondo al percorso pedonale dei residnce ( un vero paradiso) Abbiamo visitato Pola, Parenzo,Rovigno tutti raggiungibili in 1 ora.Abbiamo visitato i laghi di Plitvice (3 ore circa (i biglietti si possono prendere direttamente all'entrata del parco , li c'e poca fila) da vedere assolutamente per le sue cascate e per la freschezza del paesaggio.(percorso H più indicato). Che dire, una vacanza veramente bella e rinnovo veramente un plauso a Nataljia ed ai suoi genitori che ci hanno fatto rilassare all'interno del loro stupendo e carateristico cottage ed in Istria......consigliato a tutti.

Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe reichlich und schnell zu finden, nette Vermieterin und gute Betreuung durch ihre Eltern.

Lovely countryside retreat

Another Cleveland connection came through for us! Natalija was very helpful and quick to respond over emails and her parents and cousin greeted us and hosted us in Vrecari, Croatia. Their house is beautiful, half our group stayed in the ground floor apartment, which has two bedrooms and a spacious renovated kitchen. I stayed in the stone house with my husband and two little girls. The old stone house is beautifully renovated inside and out. It is also very clean. There is one large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, so perfect for our little family. There is a large kitchen with a giant table and benches, and a lovely fireplace too. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub) and a washing machine as well. Outside there are swings, and plenty of space for children to run around and play. There is also a covered pavilion right outside the stone house that has a large table. We had most of our meals here and we played cards / games here. Edi provided a grill, we bought some charcoal and made local chevapchichi and plejskavica (available at the supermarket just down the road) on the grill. It was perfect. Natalija's parents were very kind and generous. We tasted their wine and Edi's amazing honey rakija - I'd say that alone is worth the trip. Rabac's beaches are a short 15-20 minute drive away - beautiful white pebble beaches. House Edi is a great base camp to explore Istria from. We went to Pula to see the amphitheatre, the Festinsko caves, and Pazin, all short trips by car - doable with small children if you time nap time right :) Also very near are supermarkets and a gas station - just down the road, can walk, bicycle or drive. I highly recommend staying here, especially for a family vacation for at least a week! Rita

If you have never been to Croatia, you will not be disappointed. Istria is a very unique place in Croatia that offers great food, beautiful pebble beaches, many old hill towns and years of history.
