You will love this luxury condo with a serene setting just a few steps to the Golf Villas resort pool and spa! Renting a condo home such as this is a exquisite alternative to a luxury hotel room. You will have all the amenities of a luxury resort, with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen at a much lower price. Only minutes (drive or walk) to the pristine Owner's Beach Club at Makaewa Bay. You will have use of the Owner's Beach Club Card for easy parking close to the beach where you can swim, snorkel, and rent kayaks and paddle boards. You can easily enjoy an easy lunch or dinner right there at the NAPUA oceanside cafe which also serves the best and most unique tropical cocktails. Enjoy the special Hawaiian "live" music they feature every night.

THE CONDO'S BEDROOM'S : The Master Bedroom suite has a comfortable California King Bed complete with luxury sheets and bedding. The master features an ensuite bathroom with large shower and oversized soaking tub. The 2nd Bedroom has a comfortable King Bed, with a view of the tropical garden. The second bath serves this bedroom as well as the living area, and features a tub/shower combination and plenty of plush towels. The condo has a hair dryer so no need to bring one. We supply soaps and TP. (The personal care items are up to you).

THE LIVING AND DINING AREAS: There is plenty of seating on the comfortable Sofa and LoveSeat. The condo sleeps 4 only... as the sofa is NOT a sofa bed. The Living room features a brand new 42 inch Smart TV, so you can use your own Netflix account for watching your favorite movies. The Dining area has a large round table and 4 chairs. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools that provide additional seating.

WIRELESS INTERNET available throughout so you can keep in touch. The codes will be found in the Guest Book of Information inside the condo.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite Island meal. There are plenty of wine and cocktail glasses too! You will have a start up supply of necessary kitchen items such as paper towels, sponges, dishwasher and dish soaps.

THE LANAI is private .......You will enjoy sitting and sipping your favorite tropical drinks on the lanai table with 4 chairs. There is an outdoor kitchen with a Thermodore gas grill and wet bar. Great for BBQ-ing your Island fish, chicken or steaks! If you want to go to the pool, the pool entry gate is only a few yards away from the lanai across a beautiful grassy area.

LAUNDRY & SUPPLIES: There is a stack washer/dryer in the condo and Laundry soap is supplied.

We also supply a Beach Cooler, beach towels, beach umbrella, & boogie boards so you can have fun in the sun. You can rent bikes nearby at The Shops at Mauna Lani as well as custom snorkeling equipment that will fit you perfectly at Snorkel Bobs.

Located on the beautiful Kohala Coast, this is a golfer's, snorkeling and beachcomber's paradise. Enjoy Championship Golf at the Francis I'i Brown North & South courses. (a Resort Discount applies when you stay at Mauna Lani.) There are many amazing sandy beaches nearby such as Hapuna, A-Bay, Beach 69 and Mauna Kea's amazing Kaunaoa Bay. Pamper yourself at the Mauna Lani Spa with a massage, and be entertained at the Shops at Mauna Lani where they have free hula shows. At the Shops you can dine at Ruth's Chris and then take in a sunset while sipping on a mai tai at Tommy Bahama's Tropical Cafe. Nearby are the King's Shops and the Queen's Marketplace at Waikoloa Beach Resort with many fine dining restaurants as well as casual ones. Try the new Lava Lava Beach Club right on the beach for sunsets. Dine at many award-winning restaurants on the grounds of the Mauna Lani Resort, including the two oceanfront restaurants, Napua Restaurant (our favorite at the Owner's Beach), as well as the Canoe House for that special night. You can also enjoy pupu's and cocktails at the Fairmont Orchid. If you want to cook at home you will find everything you need at Foodland Farms Grocery Store right here at Mauna Lani and only a 5 minute drive from the condo. They recently expanded to include many exotic wines , gourmet cheeses and meats. You will be provided with a discount card on your key ring so you can receive the same special discounts that the locals do!

As the owner's Realtor I manage this condo for them since they live off island. They purchased the condo when it was first built in 2007. They purchased the condo originally as a second home and recently turned it into a vacation rental. Beautiful condo and a great 10 days.

Stayed at the Golf Villas Q-2 for 10 days in March. We were two couples and this condo is perfect for that. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath, perfect. Condo was well equipped with everything including nice beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys if you had kids. The addition of a beach umbrella would be a nice touch. Condo has washer/dryer which is handy. Access to the private beach club is great and you get a discount on golf at the Mauna Lani golf courses. Cindi is great to deal with and was immediately responsive to any of our queries during our stay. The grounds of this complex are immaculate and I would have given 5 stars but the pool was a bit of a let down. It is not heated and it was COLD, way too cold for me and I come from Canada. We noticed pools at other condos sometimes had a solar panel for some heating. This would be useful at the Golf Villas. On the other hand the hot tub was HOT and could be turned down a couple degrees.

The condo itself and the management though, 5 stars all the way. We would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay!

We have just returned from our stay in Villa Q2 near Mauna Lani. The condo is well represented in the photo and had everything we needed. Access to the complex and unit was well organized, and once we got there all we needed to do was enjoy. The unit was clean and equipped ( new wine glasses had been provided as an earlier post had mentioned they were lacking ). Cindy had assured us to contact her if anything was missing ....but all was good. There were beach towels and chairs, a body board and shovel and pail for the beach. Plenty of bath towels and dishes. Having the BBQ on the lani was a bonus, although be aware that as soon as you open the sliding doors the smoke alarm will go off, as it is right by the door. ( even with the faintest amount of smoke ) good for safety but a bit of a nuance while grilling our steaks.

The great bonus about staying:

good access and easy walking trails

beautiful location

very well kept unit and complex

nice pool and ammenities

access to the beach club!!! loved this as it made it so easy.

We definitely recommend this location and we will return!

Perfect location in Mauna Lani

We enjoyed our ten-day stay at the condo. Having access to the private beach club and discount to golf on the resort were an added plus. Cindi was great in responding to questions before we arrived and to issues that came up during our stay. For people who like to dine in, a new cookware set and large mixing bowls would have been helpful, as well as some descent wine glasses. The only small negative was the lanai could have been hosed down due to bird droppings before our arrival.

Well located, very nicely maintained, comfortable Condo

The photos do represent the place Well kept, clean, complete kitchen, nice and working grill, comfortable Lanai. Wallk out barefoot over grass to the pool and hot hot tub, both clean and well maintained. Easy parking in front of condo. Access to condo only by locked entry. Quiet environment. Cindy, the manager, is easily accessible.
