Finca Son Pol has a privileged location in the Sierra de Tramuntana, 400 meters above the sea level with a spectacular sea and mountain views.
10 minutes from the town of Andratx and 40 minutes from the city of Palma, is the perfect choice for travelers who want to relax and enjoy the nature in Majorca.
With 12 acres of private property, the house is facing at the valley of Andratx with amazing views.
There are 4 cosy bedrooms each with private bathrooms, and the master bedroom has also fireplace and private terrace.
The large living room is equipped with TV, satellite channel, internet USB, DVD library, board games and a reading corner.
The kitchen is very spacious with an island in the middle, has a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, blender, toaster, tea and coffee maker. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer.
There is a large terrace next to the kitchen with barbecue in order to enjoy eating outside, and next to the swimingpool is a big porch with comfortable sofas to enjoy the views and just relax.
The pool with its 50 square meters of saltwater is located between rocks, oaks and pines making it ideal for swimming in nature.

The construction of the house dates from 2008 and is built with bio principles, fully equipped with new technologies: Geothermal heating and cooling, home automation, waste water recycling and using biodegradable products. The walls are built according to the typical Majorcan old buildings with thick stone walls drilled and with double glazed windows with double insulation.

There is easy parking outside for four cars.

Gorgeous property and an amazing stay in Mallorca!

We had such a wonderful time at this property! Marta was the most gracious host and the property is fabulous. Enough room for all nine of my extended family to enjoy and even find a quiet place to nap and or read. Ideal location and proximity to Port Andratx and easy day trips to Deia and Palma. Finca Son Pol de Baix

We really loved our stay in this beautiful and tastefully decorated Finca. A beautiful garden with stunning views from the terrace over the mountains and Mediterranean. Still close to the shops and port d'Andratx and other facilities. A very friendly owner who responded very quickly to our questions. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Finca!

We couldn't have wished for a more beautiful villa and setting. With an extremely well equipped, large kitchen it's great for family holidays with everything you could need for your stay. The villa grounds are beautiful too with a stunning view over the mountains. Only 10mins from Andratx but I would say a car is essential for the very windy roads. Pricey it may be but its well worth the money, my family of 7 had a fabulous stay and Magdalena was very friendly and attentive, I'm only sorry we booked for 10 days instead of 2 weeks!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed it. The villa is absolutely beautiful, and Magdalena is a very kind and helpful host who was always there to support us whenever we had questions or needed assistance.There are a few things worth knowing about the villa, or that we would have liked to know beforehand. The villa doesn’t have air conditioning, but thanks to its architectural style it stays pleasantly cool. However, the shutters need to remain closed during the day, so if you love sunshine and natural light inside, you might miss that. Of course, we spent most of the day outside by the pool anyway.The outdoor area is fantastic and the view is simply breathtaking. Since the villa is surrounded by nature, you should be prepared for wasps and ants, which are a constant presence. They did make things a bit challenging at times, though this is probably the case everywhere in Mallorca.The kitchen could use a little update soon, but otherwise the villa is very well equipped.Conclusion: A beautiful villa, wonderful people, and a stunning outdoor area with dreamlike views.

We had the most fantastic week at the villa in Andratx. Marta was an outstanding and friendly host throughout the process, she met us at the villa when we arrived,gave us a tour and recommended local places, markets and supermarkets.Throughout the week she checked in on us and she couldn't do enough to help answer any questions.The villa is only a short drive from the airport and we were put at ease being shown around the entire villa with complimentary wine, eggs and home grown oranges that we loved.Once there we had complete privacy and everything we could possibly need, with the supermarket just 7mins drive down the road and everything in the villa perfect especially the pool and outdoor areas. The rooms were enormous and felt very luxurious, with plenty of towels provided. The villa feels very homely and family friendly with lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to relax in, read, sunbathe, swim, play table tennis and board games there too that we loved playing.It was so spectacular we barely wanted to leave the villa.We made a few little trips, and visited the harbour and beach with beautiful views and fantastic tapas restaurants only a short drive. A car is a must thought.Throughout the week Marta checked in with us to ensure we were ok, sorted any questions going above and beyond including finding us harder pillows, we were so grateful.We only regretted not staying longer - an amazing week, thank you - we highly recommend this villa, and would love to return soon.

Tolle Finca in den Bergen von Andratx

A great holiday in a beautiful finca! The property is very well maintained and offers all possibilities for a relaxing holiday in the mountains of Andratx. The view around the property is beautiful and gives an immediate holiday feeling. The pictures of the advertisement do not promise too much. The landlords are very nice and attentive. For our children (2 and 4 years) all amenities were available. The staircase and the pool were extra optionally secured. Thus the small ones could move freely without danger in and around the object. For questions the landlords are available at any time and immediately. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back again! Many thanks again for the great time to Magdalena and Marta!

Stunning views

It’s a very comfortable and well equipped spacious villa. The beds were mostly comfortable. It’s a shame the twin beds in a smaller room were springy and uncomfortable so our adult daughters had to sleep on sofas downstairs. The host was reasonably responsive to answer our questions. On our request, she had provided new table tennis bats. The little booklet about the villa was a nice touch. It could have even been better if we could take one away as our souvenir so that we could show it to our friends back home. I am sure some other guests feel the same.

Lovely vacation in Andratix

Absolutely gorgeous home in a perfect location in the hills with an ocean view. Close to beaches, hikes, beautiful towns. We were able to see animals on the farm and Magdalena gave us figs and fresh eggs. It was a great trip!!

The villa is exactly as beautiful and well equipped as pictured. Marta was so communicative, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to many places on the island. The villa has everything - the pool and outdoor areas are wonderful and you can’t beat the view of mountains and sea. We will definitely come back - hopefully for 2 weeks next time!!

Marta hat uns super nett empfangen und war auch stets erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch für die Kinder war mit Zaun um den Pool und Treppengitter sowie Babybetten alles schon vorbereitet. Gerne wieder !

Nice time!

I spent six days with my family in Martas fantastic house. The house did fit us perfect. We really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen where we together could cook, this close to the generous dining room. It is a house to really have a good time at, both in side and out side with several nice places to eat and relax at. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the beautiful view over looking the hills and the sea. We will certainly remember this beautiful place untill we have a chance to come back! / Sandra Girau and family

The view from the Villa is amazing, Marta arranged massages for us and it happened to rain that day which made the treatment even more enjoyable. Prepared dinners in three nights...local supermarket 15 min. away. Several dinners in the harbor at sunset. A short drive to Sant Elm is a must. The narrow gauge 1912 train from Palma to Soller was interesting but a long day. All glad to get back to the Villa and pool. Great stay.

Stunning property with a fabulous location and amazing views. What a privelage to experience a weeks holiday here in such a beautiful villa with a stylish interior, comfy sun loungers, fantastic pool, lots of areas to sit and relax and feel like millionaires. Magdalena made us feel so welcome and is such a lovely host. Thank you, we loved the sheep, a coffee at the bottom of the garden was a real pleasure each morning and we would love to return one day.

A very well-kept villa with high quality furnishings

We had a great time at Villa Son Pol. Marta and her mother were very nice and helpful. Smaller problems were solved quickly. The villa has a very high-quality equipment. All rooms are very generously cut. It was amazing. Antratx can be reached in about 10 minutes and Port Antratx in about 20 minutes. Sant Elm is also a nice place to have dinner directly at the ocean. We can recommend this Villa without hesitation.

From the first moment I visit this place I felt it was a special place. Its location with views to the valley and the mountain and surrounded by nature makes it a perfect place to switch off of everything and enjoy of this small paradise. You can feel the harmony and peace, and I wanted to offer the possibility to others to enjoy it too.

What makes this property unique

What I like the most of the house are its views, the mixture of the green from the trees and the blue from the sea with the sky makes it a very special mixture characteristic of the Mediterranean. It gives me perspective and spaciousness.
I also like a lot the fire place in cold winter days, the fire gives a special color to the living room.
