We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious. When we first pulled into the gate, they had an envelope ready for us for everything we needed for our stay. The balcony view was amazing and comfy with enough seating for our family. We would highly recommend booking with Kim’s Condos as we will definitely be back in the future! I will also mention, it feels very safe here. From the front entrance gate with guards to the back gates only accessible with a code they give you. There are three pools that are easily accessible and clean. The staff at the resort itself is very friendly and cheerful day to day. As for the area itself, it’s far away enough from the congestion of the Pier Park area but about a 10-15 minute drive if you’re looking to head to that area. If you’re looking for a condo, this is definitely the place to stay. Again, we highly recommend it!

We have stayed at this complex several times and continue to love the beautiful beach, multiple pools, and convenient location. The beach chairs provided with the unit were also a great bonus and something we really appreciated.Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of this particular unit. There were noticeable stains on the sofa, carpet, and bedding, and overall the unit appeared to be in need of a thorough deep cleaning and some additional attention to upkeep. These issues made the unit feel less clean and comfortable than we have experienced during our previous stays at this complex.We enjoyed our vacation and really appreciate what this complex has to offer, which is why we would return to the complex. We’re sharing this feedback respectfully in hopes that the owners can address these areas, because with some additional cleaning and attention, this could be a much better experience.

As you can see from all of the 4 and 5 star reviews, this unit is extremely desirable due in part to the lady who cleans it, but it is also a very popular unit that is booked every day for months at a time, which makes it virtually impossible to clean carpets and upholstery. We had a great stay at this property. The balcony and full length windows are the best part about this condo!! You just can’t beat it!! Being on the second floor was super convenient to the elevator and stairs! You were also high enough to have great views of the beach and ocean! As far as the esthetic of the condo- it was partially updated. We still enjoyed everything, but could use a facelift with flooring throughout and furniture update! We enjoyed the large table in the living room and balcony seating! The kitchen lacked a few utensils, but was stocked enough! The master shower has been redone- although the ceilings are low in the bathrooms. Love that the sinks are separate from shower and toilet in the master! The second bathroom has not been redone- has a large older tub/shower combo. The size of the bedrooms was a huge plus! Very roomy and plenty of space for luggage. The beach was less crowded than on either side of us and we had the same beach chair set up all week! Just have to stay in contact with the beach setup guys! Overall is was a great trip and location was EXCELLENT!!

Loved staying here!

The floor plan of this condo is what made us choose to stay here. Two large master bedrooms, each had beautiful views of the beach and access to the large balcony. This will be our go to place when visiting Panama City beach in the future!

Enjoyable family trip in PCB

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the decor of this adorable condo. This condo had everything we needed for a great stay, including a kitchen stock with tons of great cooking tools. Not too far from shopping and attractions, giving us fun options on rainy days too.

Beautiful Condo and so clean!!

This condo was so gorgeous, it was so comfortable and so clean!! Perfect location being on the second floor, and a short beach walk to Pineapple Willy’s! Also loved that the pool was not directly under us, it made the ocean front balcony very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo

Beautiful place with a beautiful view right on the water! Large windows across the back of the condo provide a great view and a big balcony to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings! Highly recommend!

Our week at LBR in PCB, FL

The condo was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was perfect. There were 3 pools and the one in-between bldg 2 & 3 was great. Large with 2 islands and lots of waterfalls. Will stay there again next year.

Family Ladies Getaway
