Make new memories in a traditional ambience at VILLA PEMOLA.

Set in the Lucca countryside just a bike ride from the Walls of Lucca, 30 mins from Florence and from Pisa, this vacation rental is a quintessential Italian retreat. Details such as local stone and cotto floors, along with three bedrooms, make this a charming setting for a holiday with up to six friends and family.

Take in the views from al-fresco living areas with plenty of loungers and the sunny garden, or while cooking a barbecue party. Other amenities include a satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

It may be inspired by traditional architecture, but the great room at this luxury villa has a decidedly contemporary open floor plan with high class furniture all under a beamed ceiling. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has a convenient farmhouse-style breakfast table.

VILLA PEMOLA has two bedrooms with double beds and one with two twin beds. 2 bathrooms with grand built showers. A laundry room with washer and dryer completes the farmhouse.

With everything from medieval villages to groceries selling local food and from supermarkets to local restaurants and the city centre of Lucca just a quick bike ride away, VILLA PEMOLA is a wonderful choice whether you want to explore, play or simply relax.

Stroll through the restored villages around, discover local vineyards and olive oil producers, or drive to the town of Lucca for a casual meal or honeymoon-worthy night out. For a day trip, choose from the cities of Pisa, Florence and Siena, or make your way to one of the Mediterranean beaches (an easy 20 mins drive away).

The villa is located next to a railway, but the passing trains are quiet and do not create any noise disturbances, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.



Heating is charged extra for 25 euros daily to be paid upon arrival.

Relaxing veranda in a pleasant neighborhood

Villa Pemola was a great place to stay for 2.5 weeks. The veranda is the best part - coffee in the morning sun and dinners outside in the evening.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Great Place to Stay

We chose Lucca because of the easy drives to Pisa, Cinque Terre, and Parma, but found Lucca to be equally interesting. Moreover, this house was a nearly perfect place to return to and relax in on the days we did not travel. Comfortable, well outfitted, and conveniently located. Check-in and out was easy and Renata was responsive and easy to work with. Staying here again when we return.

Simply delightful...

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful home in a village close to everything. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor area was so pleasant and we miss eating outdoors at every meal. The train does run right behind the property, but the trains go by fast. Would absolutely recommend!

We were a group of 7 people and it was very comfortable with good air conditioning and pleasant. The house is very spacious and has everything. The communication with Renata was very good and she took care of everything we askedasked. The house is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Good location for trips around Tuscany.

Excellent holidays

The property is neat, very well decorated with beautiful materials (doors, windows, tiles etc.) and very pleasant to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed our holidays at Capannori. Renate is a wonderful host. She is very helpful and does her best for you to have perfect holidays. The only thing to complain about is the railway at the very back of the garden. But fortunately, there are double pane windows which are very efficient. So, we highly recommend this property.

Enjoyable, relaxing 5 days in Tuscany. Good base for day trips to surrounding Pisa, Florence, and Siena. Recommend having a car to get around. Several supermarkets nearby perfect for stocking up for breakfast and when you want to eat in. House was very clean, plenty of towels provided and even blankets which was a nice touch for the cool spring mornings/evenings. The outdoor space was really nice and private and we were able to enjoy several meals on the patio. There is a full size fridge and dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer combo (if you're coming from the US and used to the seperate washer dryer this will take some getting used to.) Renate was a great host and provided excellent recommendations local sites to see. Would definitely recommend.

Villa Pemola ist sehr komfortabel, stilvoll eingerichtet und wirklich geräumig. Von hieraus lässt sich die Umgebung bestens erkunden. Das absolute Entspannungs-Plus wären noch ein paar Liegen im Garten.

Beautiful Home close to Lucca

It is a beautiful home located close to Lucca's city center. Taxi service is wonderful so our lack of a rental car wasn't an issue. The bikes provided also help you do things like grocery shop at convenient bakeries, barber shop, grocery etc. as well as, get into town. It was a wonderful place to experience living in a residential neighborhood in Lucca and the chance to visit other places in Tuscany due to it's central location overall. The only item of note is that commuter and freight trains run behind the property multi-times daily but, do pass quickly.

Lovely villa with lots of comfort

We felt very much at home in this nice villa with nice interior and a lot of comfort. The large garden was nice for our grand daughter of 3 years old. We have had a lovely vacation and do recommend this villa which has been renovated and decorated with a lot of love. We would have liked a vacuum cleaner in the villa to remove the sand from the beach we took back home and a more comfortable couch in the livingroom to sit on in the evening when watching some tv (the olympics in Tokio in our case).

Great Value for Money!

Beautiful house, very clean, well maintained, friendly host, central location. The only thing to highlight is that it's right next to the train tracks so you get some sound/vibration. Otherwise great value for money.

Everything you need!

Beautiful villa. Very tasteful, lots of stylish touches and very well equipped. The indoor space is great but we loved the outdoor space more - again done very stylishly. There are a couple of bikes available which are great for exploring the local area - it is only 1.5 miles to historic Lucca where everyone seems to get around on bikes. The area where Villa Pemola is located is very quiet and picturesque, surrounded by Tuscany's rolling hills. The check in and check out process was pretty smooth, with Renate coming by to make sure it all worked well. She also has a lot of knowledge of the area which she was happy to share. We loved this place, and were so glad we chose it.
