Profitez de vous promener le long de la rue Fillungo et de la place Piazza Anfiteatro. Very enjoyable stay

Loved living like a local in the centre of Lucca. Plenty of space for four people. Great views of the city. Quiet but close to everything one needed. Mattresses a little hard - but that is just a personal preference!

It was a great pleasure to stay in Lucca apartment. Very comfortable and large place with delicious fresh bread and grissini juts along a route. If you kids love ice cream and pizza you need to go to St. Francesco place.

Peaceful apartment

Central location in Lucca, peaceful apartment with a great view of the Guingi Tower. Spacious sitting room and comfortable apartment. The 2nd bedroom is only just larger than the bed and has a very low doorway. Watch out if you are tall not to knock your head!

Apartment in Lucca

We had an incredible time at Casa Rosalba. The apartment is perfect! Sonia and Manuel did a great job addressing our needs. We even got detailed information about restaurants, things to explore and much much more in the print out Sonia leaves in the apt. The location is perfect! It was hot during our stay so it was excellent to come home and have air conditioning in the house. The elevator takes you to the third floor, making it so much easier to reach the 4th floor. We loved everything and would certainly go back! Thank you Sonia and Manuel for making our days in Lucca so pleasant!

A really lovely apartment

The apartment was clean, with a large living room, good sized eat in kitchen. Cristina is a very wonderful host. Everything I asked about, she helped me. Everything! The most amazing part of the apartment is the view out the windows. Spectacular! Well worth renting for the views and the apartment itself. Great location, too. And screens on all the windows! The top of the staircase could be improved with a handle running across the wall. It’s tricky crossing from the bathroom to the bedrooms. Also some safety tape on the edges of the all stairs so it’s clearer to see them as you go up and down, and across. A shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom would enable guests to shower there.

The perfect place to stay in Lucca

My mother and I stayed in this beautiful apartment. The location was excellent. We were near shops and restaurants. The bus station was only a 10-15 minute walk. We were close to the wall which we walked early each morning. The apartment was very clean, the decor beautiful. We didn't eat in as we were only staying 4 days and there was such a selection of restaurants, but it had all you would need if you chose to stay in. Our host came to meet us to show us into the apartment and was very informative of the local area. Lucca is very safe and we always felt very welcome. The street was quiet at night so we got a good nights sleep. We recommend this apartment and the beautiful city of Lucca.Lynn and Johanna.

Lovely apartment inside, difficult to access.

Unable to stay as I had a broken ankle and when I advised them they said there were to many stairs for me. Yet it was advertised with elevator and a few steps. Our companions said the apartment was lovely, but a LOT of stairs, both to the apartment and internal. 1 bathroom could not even open the door for the bad stench that came from the drains. Also no one to meet them, no cleaning, no change of linen or towels. They rang several times before clean towels were dropped off! Would not recommend.

Thank you for sharing your comments, although it is quite peculiar to leave a review for a place where you haven't stayed. However we would like to reply as we don't consider fair to spread information which are not correct. We advertise very clearly the apartment situation with stairs, copying from the description: ""This 4th floor apartment has elevator and it is on 2 levels." and again "the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with elevator. To reach the apartment there is also other 2 flight of stairs. The layout is levelled." A person from our office came to meet your friends (otherwise how did they get to enter) but they were waiting about 20 meters further from the apartment door and my colleague could find them only after a little while. Linen and towels aren't usually changed during short rentals but we brought anyway extra towels. We are sorry that you broke your ankle just before the reservation and we understand this may be frustrating but it was not our fault and we believe that you shouldn't use us as a scapegoat.

his is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful and the rooms are even bigger than they look in the photos. It was clean and well-equipped and was perfectly located - a nice, quiet area in the centre of Lucca. The lift was a boon with luggage. The kitchen was great for the meals we cooked in - and there are great shops, including a Conad, close by. The communications were great, both before our arrival and when Chiara met us at the apartment, and full of useful information, including the best parking garage to use when we hired a car. We enjoyed our time in Lucca - we would definitely use this apartment again - and trips to Florence, Chianti and the Etruscan coast. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

L'appartement est bien placé

L'appartement est bien placé. Il est fonctionnel, propre et la climatisation dans l'ensemble des pièces est plus qu'appréciable. Par ailleurs, le livret laissé par notre hôte nous à été utile pour visiter les alentours de Lucca.
