AUGUSTA SLEEPS UP TO 6 ADULTS AND 1 CHILD IN 3 BEDROOMS.
Augusta street is a tree lined residential road located in a quiet conservation area nestled between the town centre & the sea. Yet all shops, amenities and beach are but a few hundred metres away.

The house itself, which sleeps up to 7, was built around 1870 along with its two neighbours by three brothers from a fishing family and has changed little in appearance since that time.

The property benefits from extensive refurbishment including a new kitchen/dining area, ground floor bedroom and bath/shower room, gas fired central heating and double glazing.

Parking:
Off street parking for one car is provided unless there is a disabled guest staying in Foresters. On street parking is available in front of Augusta along the whole of Augusta Street and St Nicholas Place, it is free and unlimited.

We have added WiFi internet which is, unlimited & free of charge plus Freeview TV in Kitchen and all Bedrooms.

Recently constructed with large roof lantern and tiled floors, range of new wall and floor kitchen units with plenty of storage for your shopping and all crockery, pans and utensils etc.

The new kitchen features a gas hob, built in eye line cooker, fridge with separate freezer compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, plus large worktop area.

Patio doors lead to the rear patio and garden.

Ground Floor King Size Bedroom:

This bedroom is ideal for guests who do not wish to climb stairs, occasionally use a wheelchair, or simply want some peace and quiet, combined with the ground floor bathroom/toilet/wetroom there is no need to go upstairs.

Rear Garden:
