Great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

This is a wonderful location, very peaceful and quiet with a great view of the water. Todd took care of everything both before and during our stay. There are abundant books and pamphlets about the area in the house if you aren't familiar with Door County. He was very prompt to respond when we contacted him, and fixed an issue with the house quickly mid-stay. The house is clean and has all the amenities you could need during a visit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation. Thanks for everything!

This place was the perfect match for my multi-generational family! We enjoyed just hanging out at the house, just as much as we did exploring Door County. - mornings in the back room, afternoons on the water access and evenings round th fire pit. It is perfectly located - away from the hustle and bustle of the lower towns, yet close enough to drop in when we felt like venturing out. Todd is the perfect host - easy to contact and quick to reply. We will definitly be back!!

Amazing location & stay

  • 5 of 5

My friend and I spent a week at this beautiful house. It was a very quiet, secluded place which we really enjoyed. There were so many great places to relax, read and unwind in the house and on the property.

The views were great and we were able to catch a partial sunset one evening. The sky and stars were don't get a sky like this in the city.

Todd was great at communication and answered all of our questions about the area.

The house had everything you could possibly need, including a laundry room.

If you are looking for a quiet, picturesque place to stay while in Door County, I would definitely recommend Todd's great home! I hope to come back again ☺

Comfortable, serene and clean off the beaten path

  • 5 of 5

A lovely place off the beaten path. Seems rustic initially. Quite comfortable, clean and serene once fully appreciated. A longer drive to ‘the action’ in Door County than other places, though if you don’t mind the drive, you will definitely appreciate it.

A Lakeside Retreat

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It is spacious, very comfortable, yet cozy. The property is located in a very peaceful and quiet area, with beautiful views of Lake Michigan! Todd has thought of everything, and he also checked in with us midway through our week to ensure everything was fine, or did we have any questions. We appreciated all the books he provides on the area, as well as dining resources, maps, etc. Beds are very comfortable for sleeping, and you will fall asleep listening to the sounds of the waves. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful Home!

  • 5 of 5

This home was an absolute delight. It is close to everything but so secluded on the lake with beautiful views, sunsets and sun rises. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The home was super clean with comfortable bedding and so cozy. We hated to leave. All the instructions for everything were available and it was easy to use the TV and connect to the Internet. One thing that would be nice is if the owners left a little History of the home. If we come back to Door County, this will be the home we rent again for sure. I don't think anything else will compare to it. It was perfect!
