Enjoy open plan living and wonderful views over the golf course and out to Fistral Beach from this lovely apartment.
Bright and welcoming you'll find this home has everything you need to enjoy a fabulous beach break in Newquay. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee or curl up with a good book on the sofa; there's also a well-equipped kitchen for whipping up a home cooked creation or two, and a large dining table where you'll be able to share those fabulous meals together.
5 The Vista is stylishly furnished with two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms providing ample space for families and couples alike, and you'll find additional sleeping for two on the comfy sofa bed in the living room.
Newquay is packed with plenty of outdoor activities including water sports hire and a golf course that's literally across the road; and for guests who fancy giving surfing a go, the surf school on Fistral is one of the best in the country.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Please note that from 20th April until the end of May, scaffolding will be going up at front as rendering and roofing works are taking place to the main building. This will have some impact on the sea views. For June and July, the scaffolding will be moved to the back of the main building which will be visible from the bedroom windows. For more information, please contact the Luxury Coastal Team.

Superb location, excellent apartment

We’ve stayed at a fair few apartments along Fistral beach area and this one is one of the best. All amenities catered for and the apartment itself and the views it presents, are stunning. Excellent choice for a family break and would have no hesitation booking again.

Relaxation 24/7

Perfect place to relax and rewind. Situated in a wonderful position overlooking golf course, beach and sea. No better way enjoy a well deserved break. Apartment clean, furniture a little dated but still in a fair condition. Love booking this apartment, looking forward to our next visit.

An enjoyable return visit to a nice apartment

This was our third visit to this apartment, and it did not disappoint. It is extremely well-equipped and furnished, and everything has been thought of to give guests a relaxing and comfortable stay. The balcony looks out on to a splendid view looking north. There is a designated parking space. All parking is behind the property and secure access to the site is by code-controlled electric gates.

Welcome break

Apartment fantastic. Most things you could need available. Close proximity to supermarket and very close to beach. Fabulous views over golf course, sea and coastline. Would recommend staying there as we have already stayed a few times. The only negative is the internet is very slow which affects the tv signal causing problems as picture pixellates making it impossible to watch tv at times. Great place to unwind and recharge batteries. Dog friendly too which makes a bonus for us. .

Fabulous location and stunning views

Fabulous location and stunning views, all amenities within easy reach but well placed for exploring the area. Kitchen was well equipped but lacked any storage space, meaning all our food etc had to be kept on the work tops which makes for a very 'untidy' looking open plan space. (There are no wall cupboards and all of the lower cupboards are already choc full with kitchen equipment). The apartment is very spacious, warm and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would happily recommend the apartment.

Great stay in a lovely apartment

We had a wonderful week's stay in Newquay at 5 The Vista. Great communication with Erika. The apartment was ready a few hours before we expected which was great for us. We have a large SUV but the parking space was more than adequate. Space for unloading all our gear by the door before parking and having the lift was very useful. The apartment was spotless and came with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and spotless. There was a huge bath in the main bathroom which my partner loved. I'm 6ft3 and the ensuite shower was perfect, room to stand under the shower, sometimes hard to find for me. The living room has two sofas, one a sofa bed. Huge TV with internet. The Internet can be very patchy at times which sometimes causes an issue for TV watching at night but nothing major. The kitchen has a large range cooker which was spotless and very easy to use. All appliances and utensils you could want and a few more on top of that. Large dining table with views out across the golf course and Fistral beach. There is a small balcony with a couple of chairs and a table. We really cannot fault anything in our stay and we will definitely be coming back. Already recommended to friends and family members.
