Two-room apartment with air conditioning, on the 2nd floor in a quiet building with lift, just 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center. Large terrace. Includes space for a closed box car in a garage space with electric gate.

Nice, clean air-conditioned flat with separate bedroom in small, quiet building less than 10 minutes on the beach and the town center. Roomy balcony. Included is room for 1 car in closed box behind an electric gate.

Since I live on the same landing, I will welcome you with the keys and I will be available to answer your questions about the living room and our beautiful Bordighera.

Just 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center, where you will find a supermarket open 24 hours a day, 7 days, bars and restaurants, as well as the picturesque medieval village (Bordighera alta) with its bars, romantic restaurants and summer events of the Spianata del Capo.

Located at 10-minute walk from the beach and town center, where you will find a 24-hour supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants, or to the medieval picturesque Old town, with its cozy bars and cafes, and plenty of summer events.

Unbeatable location less than 10 minutes walk from the bus stop for Ventimiglia, westbound, and Ospedaletti / Sanremo / Imperia eastbound. Ideal base for visiting the western part of Liguria, with its pretty medieval villages, the sea and the mountains. Opportunity to practice water sports or take wonderful walks in the nearby Maritime Alps, as well as explore the French Riviera.

Great base to visit West Liguria, with its cozy medieval towns and villages, or the French Côte d'Azur. Very convenient for both water sports and hill and mountain-walking. Ventimiglia (Westbound) and Ospedaletti / Sanremo / Imperia (Eastbound), and just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

Fantastic location and space

Amazing location from the beach. Quiet residential street. Separate kitchen. Excellent air conditioning. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Communication with owners clear and prompt. Felt like home. Will definitely recommend and return if we go to Bordighera again.

Come ha scritto bene, è un appartamento spazioso, con balcone e vicino a tutto: spiaggia, stazione, centro di Bordighera e paese medievale. L'arredamento anni '70 è perfettamente visibile dalle fotografie che l'ospite consulta prima di prenotare. As you wrote, our apartment is spacious, and close to everything: beach, train station, town centre and medieval old town. The 1970's furniture is perfectly visible from the photos that potential guests check out before booking.
