A second-floor walk-up, with a surface area of 73m², SANTA LUCIA AL MONTE is a spacious and comfortable apartment, with the benefit of having a terrace that give you a panoramic view over Naples, the bay and Mount Vesuvius. You can also enjoy this gorgeous view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.

You enter the apartment directly into the large living room (38m²), which gives access to all the other rooms. There is a small balcony and French doors leading to a 27m² terrace (southern-facing). It has a double sofa bed, coffee table, leather armchair, a round wooden table with four chairs, a dresser and a large bookcase.

The kitchen (6m² - facing south-east) is located at the apartment’s entrance, in a room without doors. It has two windows with a view over the city of Naples. It’s furnished with a wooden working table, two high folding chairs, a refrigerator, washing machine and gas range with oven, as well as a full assortment of cookware.

The master bedroom (13m²) has a window opening onto the terrace (southern exposure) and a window overlooking the street (facing west). It has a double bed (consisting of two single beds), two bedside tables and a dresser.

The second bedroom (10m² – west-facing) has a window overlooking the street. It is furnished with two single beds and a bedside table.

The bathroom (3m²) is located between the two bedrooms and is accessible by both of them. It has a shower, sink, bidet and WC. A space in front of the bathroom, with two doors leading to the bedrooms, has a small cabinet and mirror.

The terrace (27m² - south-facing) has a magnificent panoramic view of Naples. It is furnished with a table, 6 chairs and a parasol.


The apartment is located in the center of Naples, on the Corso Vittorio Emanuele, between the Montecalvario neighborhood and the Vomero Hill. Corso Vittorio Emanuele is a main road that links, through different neighborhoods, Mergellina to the Piazza Mazzini.

The apartment is located on a lively section of the Corso that has many small shops and a supermarket. The narrow streets of the Spanish quarter slope down to the via Toledo with their bustling energy. The Institute de Suor Orsola Benincasa, a university and cultural center, is a couple of steps away.

The apartment is ideally situated and well-connected by public transportation: it is close to the central funicular that connects Vomero to via Toledo, and is only a 10-minute walk to metro Toledo.
