"det är inget trafikbull eller smog smog, huset ligger på en mycket central punkt men samtidigt är det i ett tyst och ädelt sammanhang. Lägenheten ligger i en sidogata Via dei Mille, den lyxigaste gatan i Neapel, nära små butiker, en 24-timmars stormarknad, det är också ett stenkast från Via Toledo, Via Chiaia, Piazza Plebiscito, tunnelbanan, Vomero-kabelbanan, från tunnelbanan Naples, museer och vattnet. Det är ett ljust, intimt och centralt hem. Du kommer att ha gratis frukostprodukter tillgängliga för att ge dig vår välkomst, du kan njuta av allt i lägenheten från kaffebryggor, tvättmedel eller badprodukter, vi har inte skymt på någonting, även vatten i kylskåpet (l kranvatten är fortfarande drickbart) du kommer att ha tillgång till dina barnsålar, spel och smart TV med kanaler för barn. Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed this property and the neighbourhood. Easy walk to the metro and many local attractions and shopping. The patio is beautiful and the host Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Don't miss out shopping on the street of the apartment. The people are very friendly and carry excellent produce, mear cheese and wine. the

Lovely home away from home in Naples!

Our host was kind, helpful, gracious, and generous with his time and with the well stocked basket of goodies ( including a bottle of wine). The neighborhood is quiet but near all the places that aren’t you want to visit. A single caveat: The apartment is on a hill ( most of Naples is) that requires climbing many steps to reach your door. The apartment is worth the climb and you will love eating on the spacious terrace overlooking your neighbors lemon trees when you are there.

Excellent base for exploring Naples

Just lovely. The apartment was central to everything we wanted. Local shops selling fabulous fruit, veg, mozzarella and focaccia. Antonella and Nicola were perfect hosts and were there when we needed them. A perfect holiday in a fascinating city!

Amazing spot in the best part of Naples

We loved our stay at Nicola said Antonella's. Great spot in the heart of Chiaia, the coolest part of Naples in our opinion. Perfect space for 4 adults (my wife and I, and our 2 adult children). Especially loved the patio, where we spent hours enjoying the warm sun and the sights and sounds of this great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and safe place to stay in Naples

The hosts were super accommodating and helpful. They helped us with our bags as there are steps to the apartment. The hosts also gave excellent recommendations for eating and attractions. The apartment was super clean and equipped with anything you might need! Location is perfect- walking distance to the restaurants, shopping and hustle of Naples! I would definitely come back to Naples and when we do, we are staying here again! Thank you for everything.

Great Place

Our family of 5 enjoy staying here during our (too) short stay in Naples! Is conveniently located within walking distance from a metro stop and close to restaurant, shops, etc. Nicola is a super-kind and thoughtful host, whom we enjoyed meeting -- great communication before and during our stay and great advice for our visit.

The apartment is in a lovely, safe and walkable area with a lot of shops, bars and restaurants within a quick walk. The owner met me and showed me the property, which was beautiful. The owners were very communicative and even helped me get a taxi early in the morning. Great experience if you want to experience authentic Naples. The apartment is up some stairs past an alley, albeit very safe.

The apartment was very well situated to relax between the sightseeing in the Vesuvian region and the exploration of the city. We loved the neighborhood. The host was very helpful with recommendations and supported us at arrival and departure.

Fabulous Location and Apartment with excellent service

Our short trip was worth it and so accommodating with a clean, beautiful place in the best location. We so appreciate the Gluten Free Snacks too after a late night of travel. So helpful with luggage and checking in and out!

Wonderful!

We were so impressed with our little vrbo rental. Nicola greeted us and helped get our luggage to the apartment, the bathroom was nicely updated, the kitchen was well equipped, the basket and wine were pleasant touches. We were very satisfied with our stay!

A perfect place to stay Naples

We had such a wonderful time staying in this apartment. It was just perfect. The hosts Antonella and Nicola were excellent providing answers to all our questions and helping with ideas of places to see. The apartment itself is very well set up to sleep 5 people. Clean and well equipped kitchen and bathroom for multiple guests.

Wonderful Chiaia Experience!

Nicola and Antonella are superb hosts. They were easy to communicate with and prompt in their responses. They provided great recommendations for food, places to visit and how to get around. The property is fantastic and in an excellent location. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. The apartment was immaculate with incredible attention to detail to make guests feel at home including free snacks and access to toiletries etc in case you may have forgotten your own. We really liked being in the more quiet part of town and feeling like we were a part of a neighborhood. Great access to restaurants, stores, and public transportation. A perfect spot!

Great place with fantastic owner

We spent a week at Nicola’s place during one of the worst heat wave in Italy. It was our safe space. Perfect for the 5 of us. The AC made possible for us to stay. Close to everything. 5 min to subway. 2 min to taxi. Great restaurants and friendly neighborhood. Nicola goes above and beyond (he even carries our luggage to and from the apartment..).

Epic Naples Vacation

From the moment we walked into the apartment we were in love with the place! It was perfectly laid out from the inside out. It really made us feel like we were living in Naples. Nicola and his wife Antonella were truly amazing hosts from Nicola caring all our bags up the stairs to the apartment, having a bottle of wine and snacks ready for us, to Antonella giving us all the perfect recommendations for were to go to eat, beaches to see and directions to Pompei. It almost felt like they were family. We were sad to leave but we are already planning a trio to come back next year.

Beautiful Napoli

We loved our stay at Selene House! Nicola and Antonella were wonderful hosts. Nicola met us when we arrived and helped us carry bags and get oriented to the area. The area is beautiful and upscale. The apartment is air conditioned, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was very sweet of Nicola and Antonella to provide us with many snacks (including gluten free!) and drinks. There’s a deli very close by that makes great sandwiches. Lots of shopping and restaurants just down the street. Thank you so much, Nicola and Antonella! We can’t wait to visit you again!

Nicoli was extraordinary, met us at midnight to show us the apartment, and carried our luggage up showed us everything medicine in the morning, helped us get a cab, organize everything, so wonderful, but highly recommend someone that’s looking for a small apartment, beautifully situated nice balcony, overlooking kind of a courtyard, quiet, no road traffic yeah

Amazing way to start our vacation!!!

Nicola and Antonella’s home was the perfect location to start our trip. It’s close to public transportation and walking distance to great food, shopping, and museums. Communication with them was A++++. Being our first time in Naples we were a little nervous with transportation from the airport, Antonella was magnificent in letting us know where to go to catch a taxi but also who to contact. Then she called the taxi driver to ensure they brought us to the correct location. When we arrived Nicola was there to help bring our luggage in and walk us through their home. They had local snacks and beverages waiting for us which was great after traveling 12 hrs with a family of five. Layout of their was perfect for our family with 2 teens and one pre-teen. The kids loved lounging on their terrace when there was down time. But I can’t say enough of how awesome the communication was. Whenever we had questions they responded so quickly and did their best to provide solutions. Can’t wait to visit Napoli again so we can stay there again!!

Lovely but small, great location, helpful host

Comfortable apartment immersed in a Napoli neighborhood that's conveniently located, safe and quiet. Nicola is a great host who will cheerfully help you with whatever you need, including arrival/departure logistics, and who provisions the apartment with snacks, coffee and even a bottle of wine! The patio was lovely day and night thanks to an awning that offers shade from the Napoli sun. The AC worked perfectly and the patio made the small apartment much larger as the indoor dining area is only the kitchen table. There are many steps up from the street that reward your effort with a view and nice breeze. The only downside is the value. The apartment is small and furnishings are basic for the price. There is limited closet space and the kitchenette is only big enough for one person at a time. The dishwasher is great but we missed having a washing machine. The mattresses were thin and not especially comfortable. Our stay was lovely for two adults and a nine-year-old for a few days but would be too small for any longer time or for a larger family or if the weather precluded the use of the patio.
