The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), and another with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m each). The bathroom is modern and fully equipped with a walk-in shower. All rooms are filled with natural light and tastefully decorated.

In addition to the comfort of the apartment itself, the location is unbeatable—surrounded by Seville’s main shopping streets, a wide array of tapas bars and restaurants, and just a short walk from top landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Royal Alcázar.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
