Next to this bathroom, the first bedroom with a trundle bed and full-length mirror. Opposite, the second bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. At the end of the hallway, the master bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe.

The apartment has centralized air conditioning with outlets in all rooms and is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Located in the center of Seville, just 3 minutes from Plaza de San Lorenzo and the Basilica of Gran Poder, and very close to the city’s main shopping area. It is the perfect accommodation for those visiting the city for its cultural and gastronomic offerings, right in the historic center and near landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
