About this property

New house with floor overlooking garden of 1200 m2, terrace and privatized swimming pool 3 * 4. Garden with olive trees, trampoline.
Large hammock stretched over empty on living room. 4 bedrooms including a master suite. Direct access to the garrigue, single mountain biking, climbing routes and hiking trails.

Access to the whole house except part of the garage.
We are located 10 minutes from Avignon and its festival in July and 30 minutes from Pont du Gard and Gardon.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
