Fanstastic! 5 Stars!

As someone who travels annually to Naples, I have stayed in every hotel in the Centro Storico and the “lungomare” zone. This year I decided to try something different, which led me to the Medina Apartments. It was simply a fantastic experience in every manner. The apartments are managed by the wonderful Restino family. Even before I arrived for my stay, Eduardo (Edo) and Francesca reached out to me to determine my arrival and answer any questions. They even offered to arrange transport from the airport or train station. Edo and Francesca speak perfect English and were punctual, polite, and informative. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and courtesy. On the first morning of my stay, they provided a complimentary and characteristically Neapolitan breakfast: coffee and a delicious cornetto. It was stupendous! I stayed in the Santa Maria, a well-appointed one bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is decorated with beautiful ceramic tiles from Vietri sul mare and there is a never ending supply of hot water! The apartment is immaculate, tastefully appointed and with the latest technology: air-conditioning, two satellite television sets, kitchen with all the necessary items (above all a macchinetta for coffee) and a refrigerator. The apartment is centrally located, only fifteen minutes (depending on traffic) from Stazione Centrale. You are within walking distance of virtually everything: San Gregorio Armeno market, historic churches, the royal palace and mall, the chic shopping zones of the Via Chiaia and Via Gaetano Filangieri. If you want to visit Capri and Ischia, no problem as the Restino family will arrange it for you. The apartment is also near several markets with generous hours to purchase groceries. There is Sole and Carrefour within five minutes walking distance. There is also a 24 hour pharmacy within 5 minutes, the Farmacia Londra, and plenty of places to have a nice meal. The palazzo itself is very clean and there is ample security so you will feel safe. I will be in Naples again twice in 2019 and I will undoubtedly stay at the Medina Apartments. I give the apartments and the Restino family my highest recommendation

Lovely place, highly recommended

We arrived last-minute due to problems with the previous apartment we had booked and needed a place for the whole family . We were lucky to have found this place and the person who welcomed us was perfectly responsive to our messages. The cleaning standard is high and we all enjoyed a great sleep on comfortable beds. Complimentary tea set and Smart TV in the kitchen which can connect to Youtube and Netflix. The building is very cool and modern just nearby with lots of shops, restaurants and in the middle of the historical centre. Would highly recommend.

Inolvidable!

La casa es preciosa, muy nueva, limpia y decorada con mucho gusto. La cama es increíblemente comóda y no se oye ningún ruido de la calle! La ubicación es excelente para moverte a cualquier parte de Nápoles caminando. La recepción fue perfecta. El chico que nos atendió, Edo, fue muy atento y disponible desde el principio. Gracias! Sin duda repetiremos.

Amazing apartments, lovely family!

I stopped at Medina Apartments few nights while travelling with my daughter. Riccardo was very kind to provide us all the information we needed to get there and thanks to a code-system we were able to check-in late at night. He also offered us one breakfast from a small Cafè round the corner, where we then ordered breakfast the following days (free delivery!). The apartment is well located, clean and tastefully decorated. Riccardo’s nephew, Edoardo, also came to greet us and helped us getting a driver to reach the airport before dawn because our flight was early in the morning. I’d totally recommend this place, it contributed to make our holiday so much easier!

Accoglienza impeccabile,appartamento unico!

Siamo due coppie adulte e abbiamo soggiornato all’appartamento Sant'Agata, fantastico! Sin dall'accoglienza sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili,abbiamo ricevuto tanti consigli per vivere la città non come semplici turisti. Eravamo già stati a Napoli e anche se sempre un po' caotica è stato davvero bello ritornarci dopo tanto tempo! Per quanto riiguarda l'appartamento, Il wi-fi è velocissimo e la casa super-accessoriata, cucina funzionale e completa di ogni cosa anche il bollitore. Oltre ai comfort della casa, ci hanno anche organizzato la spedizione di souvenir e altri articoli che non potevamo portare in aereo..per la prima volta abbiamo risolto anche il problema dei bagagli. Che dire, eccezionale sotto tutti i punti di vista! Consigliatissimo e torneremo senz'altro.

Modern, clean and tidy

Bagni impeccabili e dettagli della casa curati.

Riccardo e' stato cortese e ci ha dato tanti consigli utili per visitare la citta'. Le cose che mi hanno colpito di piu sono state la comodita' dei letti e la pulizia del bagno.Anche se breve la visita a Napoli la ripeterei molto volentieri. Grazie Mille!
