Beautiful finca with authentic Mallorcan character in LLucmajor, lovely open clear views in a very calm and quiet area.
The finca for 6 people and is ideal for families with children. The house is large and spacious with 220 square meters built, all distributed on one flooryou will find the  living room with satellite TV, WIFI internet connection and stereo music system, dining room with table and chairs for 6 people,  very modern kitchen fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a separate toilet.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 160x200
- Bedroom 2: 1 Single bed of 90 x190 + 1 Bunk
- Bedroom 3: Sofa 150x200 double bed
The exterior is a very large and secluded plot of land, 21.000 square metres and offers guests different rest/play areas ideal for chilling out with a nice cup of coffee or glass of wine, nice garden and fruit trees. The pool is very large 10x5 metres and is of salt water so chlorine free with sun beds and umbrellas. For those nice summer nights a BBQ area is also available. 
We recommend you hire a car to get to the finca and explore the rest of the island, and we encourage you to visit some of the artisanal and food markets, where you will be able to learn about typical products of the island.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  
€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).  
In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file.   
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. Further information about that amount can be find in the following link:   (HIDDEN URL)   
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
