Cet ancien Fisherman’s Cottage est maintenant un charmant cottage moderne en silex offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis l'étage. Pleine de caractère avec des poutres d'origine et des plafonds inclinés dans la chambre double, elle est située au cœur de la ville animée de Sheringham, à quelques pas de la plage et de la promenade tout en étant à distance de marche de la gare.
Rez-de-chaussée: porte d'entrée ouvrant sur un salon / salle à manger / cuisine décloisonné: avec TVHD 42 pouces avec vue gratuite et lecteur DVD, salon et table à manger confortables, coulant dans la cuisine: cuisinière à gaz avec four électrique, four à micro-ondes et réfrigérateur avec congélateur compartiment, porte arrière. Escalier traditionnel menant au palier du premier étage.
Premier étage: Chambre: avec lits jumeaux. Salle de bains familiale: douche à l'italienne, WC, lavabo sur pied. Escalier au deuxième étage.
Deuxième étage: les escaliers mènent directement à une chambre double avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, un plafond bas voûté avec poutres apparentes et une télévision HD de 32 pouces avec vue gratuite.
Veuillez noter: Wi-Fi. Emplacement: plage à 96 mètres, commodités locales à 34 mètres. Situé entre Lifeboat Plain et High Street, près du Lobster Inn et du parking public. Les escaliers sont légèrement plus raides que d'habitude. Faible hauteur de tête dans la chambre double. Pas de parking à la propriété. 16h heure d'arrivée. 2 x chiens acceptés à 20 £. 00 par chien, par semaine. Draps fournis, veuillez apporter vos propres serviettes.

Comfortable clean cottage in an excellent location for access to beach and town. Stairs could be a bit steep for limited mobility The wifi didn't work while we were staying

Fantastic stay at Crab Cottage

Booked for a late break and were really pleased with the cottage. Very well maintained with everything you could possibly have needed. Located just a few yards from the seafront, shops & pubs - what more could you ask for. Have previously stayed at another Keyes accommodation in Sheringham which we have already booked again for next year but would have no hesitation in staying at Crab Cottage again.

Lovely Cottage

Perfect for our family and we could bring our dog too. Very clean on arrival and really well stocked kitchen. Lots of storage space to get bags unpacked and put away. A great location and although right in the in centre wasn't noisy. Very close to the beach and shops. We loved it so much we booked again for next year. A washing machine would've been useful as we are a fsmily of 4 were staying for 2 weeks. Overall fantastic cottage and far bigger than we expected. And the sea view! Amazing, sat down on the bed, looked out the window and there was a seal

A fisherman's refuge

Charming cottage with good views of the sea and excellent position situated adjacent to all main street amenities. Stairs are not friendly for the physically handicapped. The lack of Parking will not suit those who bring excess luggage as road in front of cottage does not allow parking for unloading. Otherwise a comfortable and homely cottage for relaxing and acess to all amenities

Great little cottage

We had a lovely stay at Crab cottage, everything we needed was provided in the cottage it was very well equipped. The only downfalls I would say was the safety gate was very unsafe, my young son hurt himself on it a few times and i also tripped over it and could barely fit through it with being 30 weeks pregnant so eventually we had to remove the safety gate. The cleanliness was good apart from the downstairs floors were quite dirty upon arrival which i had to mop and the downstairs also smelt of dogs (which i know is expected as it is a dog friendly cottage but I also brought my own dog who does not have a smell) Other than the small points above it is in a great location and I would most definitely stay again.

Great little cottage in the heart of Sheringham

Great cottage right next to sea and in heart of Sheringham. Loved downstairs but perhaps not the sofa bed it wasn’t comfortable for sitting. The stairs I expected from other reviews but it did put us off from using the double bed on top floor. The cottage had been very well renovated with good quality items. Great views. And a car park right next door that you can but a 7 week parking ticket which was so convenient!! The only thing I think was missing was more mirrors especially a full length one so you could check yourself b4 going out. You could put this in the middle floor bedroom back of the wardrobe door there other than the mirror on top floor bedroom which again was just to see your face the other was in bathroom which again could only see face. Also perhaps a bit of info on how to use TV. Other than that a great cottage just in right place and would book again. Oh and the week was there it was freezing but the cottage was lovely and warm! Great and thanks to Hilary for such a lovely cottage x

Great location

Great location with lovely sea view. Cottage was basic but adequate apart from the duvets and pillows. The attic bedroom was very cold. The radiator didn't seem to get very hot. The duvets were not warm enough for winter and the pillows were extremely thick and very hard.

Excellent holiday cottage

We had a wonderful stay in Crab cottage this August. It was our 1st stay in a property that allowed dogs. We have a dog, but she doesn’t malt. I was worried it would smell of dog or there would be dog hairs but the cottage was immaculate and smelled fresh and clean. A great position to be close to amenities and the beach. Being able to sit in bed with a cuppa and see the sea made my holiday! We used the car parking behind the property and we were able to park every time we needed to. So wasn’t an issue.

Lovely week by the sea

This property is in a great location, close to the sea front, high street and car park. Property was as advertised though closer to the car park than we expected, very clean and suprisingly spacious with 4 plus 2 dogs. Sheringham is lovely with great access to other areas of Norfolk by train, steam train or car.

First trip since Covid!

We had a lovely stay at the quirky Crab Cottage, we found it well equipped, clean and comfortable for our needs. Sheringham itself is a little run down and looks in need of some tlc, however we found some good food and attentive service at the Two Lifeboats just around the corner and some good breakfast and lunch provisions from the Lunch Box which is opposite the clock tower.

Uncomfortable, great location

Sofa and 2 armchairs had seen better days, very shabby. Living room really let the cottage down, no creature comforts at all, no finishing touches, very basic but the discomfort was the worst factor. No rug on floor in living area, kitchen was well equipped but with lack of comfort we spent very little time there. Beds were also a concern, many cobwebs everywhere. Heating worked well and plenty of hot water. A cottage in a prime location but very unloved we felt. Rubbish bags were left outside when we arrived for us to remove i assume! Would not recommend as £543 for 5 nights stay was frankly, too much.
