This beautiful and well-kept apartment in Castiglione della Pescaia in Tuscany with a nice terrace lies very quietly around 900 meters from the sandy beaches and the sea. It is surrounded by the mediterranean vegetation and is ideal for a serene vacation on the tuscan seaside. The vivid town center of Castiglione della Pescaia with its restaurants, bars, shops is not far away.



After parking your car practically in front of the house you cross a large condominial terrace that leads to the partly covered private terrace of the apartment. From here you enter the large living room with its fully equipped open design kitchen. Crossing this well decorated space you find on the left side a large room with a double bed, in the center a nice room with a french bed and on the right side the access to the bathroom with a shower and washing machine.



Everywhere you will note paintings, pictures, design objects and lamps. The owner renovated and restructured the apartment only recently and furnished and decorated the apartment with great taste.



The apartment is ideal for a couple, 2 couples, a family with two children or a little group of friends. The sea and beaches and the center of Castiglione della Pescaia are not far away … and after a long day on the beach you can relax under the shade of the trees in this little peaceful oasis.



But you can also take advantage of the central position of Castiglione in the Maremma and Tuscany to do some sight seeing and excursions and you only have the embarrassment of choice: the cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, the islands of Elba, Giglio and Giannutri, the seaside towns of Follonica, Porto Santo Stefano, Punta Ala, the beautiful cities in Maremma of Pitigliano, Sovana, Manciano, the Saturnia, Petriolo and Rapolano Spas…. and much more.
