What an amazing place! The property host, Sarah, was the best I’ve ever encountered. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

I loved having Lisa and her group of friends! They were great with corresponding the purpose of their trip, they treated my place like their own, and most importantly, they are such warm people. Smooth sailing from the get-go. I hope to have the opportunity to host them again and any host would be lucky to have them!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, am Haus, Terrasse, Pool und unterwegs. Sarah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Gutes Essen und guter Wein und überwiegend freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen trotz Hochsaison..

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Die Lage umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Blick auf La Spezia und das Meer, die wunderschöne Einrichtung, der Besuch der Wildschweine am Abend 😀, der tolle Pool und die super Ausstattung des Hauses. Ein perfekter Familienurlaub! Danke auch an Sarah für alle Bemühungen und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation! Wir können das Haus nur bestens empfehlen!

Tolle Lage und tolles Haus

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir waren zu siebt da und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Da es abends bereits kühl wurde, war es super, dass es genügend Platz im Haus hatte. Die Zimmer inkl. Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit Sarah war problemlos. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht sind atemberaubend! Es ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, mit dem Auto anzureisen, da der Weg zum Bahnhof doch recht umständlich ist. Insgesamt eine super Erfahrung!

Fabulous and one of our top villas ever had

We spent a great time there. We were 8 persons and it was absolutly perfect that every room had his one bathroom. It looks like as on the pictures. The pool and the view to the sea is amazing, but the best thing was the pool with a stunning view on the Gulf which is litterally FABULOUS! The beaches in the surrounding are all beautiful. Sarah was a great host - we can absolutly recommend the Villa. Thanks for our amazing stay :)
