Renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

Comfortable and spacious 99 m² accommodation, with views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has a lift, glazed terrace, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 1 covered parking space in the same building, 2 Televisions (Smart TV). iron, hairdryer.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash alternatively.

Second stay at this amazing apartment

Second stay at this amazing apartment and it didn't fail, once again. Very large and absolute prime location. Perfect for two friends sharing who want their own bedroom and bathroom. Also handy to have washing machine facilities and clothes drying area. It doesn't get much better than this in Benidorm. What a view. Mechanical black out blinds in the lounge area are an absolute bonus too! Already booked again for October 😀 Absolutely nothing 😀

Great location. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

Great location and lovely apartment. Stayed 3 weeks last year and again this year. Apartment had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Perhaps a couple of beach chairs would help but apart from that everything was great. Shower leaked in second bathroom and AC fan did not work in bedroom, but I’m sure both these things will be addressed and put right.

Fab location. Very clean apartment

Beautiful clean apartment. Perfect location right on the promenade. Had everything we needed. Mostly good contact with Benidorm office. Drains a bit smelly in bathrooms. TV didn’t work but we were on holiday so not a big issue. No running water on our last morning and no one answered the emergency contact number, so we couldn’t shower before leaving to go home.
