The fully equipped kitchen area includes an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, a large 140–199 liter freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Accommodation spans five bedrooms (three with double beds and two with twin beds) plus an open mezzanine with two extra mattresses. The home boasts two full bathrooms with underfloor heating, a washing machine, and a dryer. A dedicated activity room equipped with table tennis, billiards, air hockey, darts, and a game console guarantees indoor entertainment, while an indoor 5-person whirlpool spa and a 4-person sauna offer complete relaxation. Outdoors, the property features both open and covered terrace space with a garden grill, outdoor seating, and play equipment for children. The house is heated efficiently with an air-to-water heat pump.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
