There are six bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom, a shower room, a cloakroom, and a changing room fit with a shower. The property is suitable to comfortably sleep twelve people. Inside the cottage there is a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a kitchen, a dining room, a conservatory, and an indoor swimming pool. Outside at the front and back of the property is a large enclosed garden area perfect for the dogs and children, too. Hall Farm Cottage is the ideal property for a large family or group of friends looking for an escape to Lincolnshire.

During school term time there are the following restrictions on pool times due to local swimming lessons being held in the pool - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 12 noon and Wednesday and Thursday between 4pm - 7pm. Two x 22 kiloWatt EV chargers available for guest use, with an extra charge payable to the owner directly

The city of Lincoln is just a short journey away and well worth a trip, too, with a magnificent cathedral, a wide variety of shopping experiences and an 11th century castle, there's plenty here to see and do for all ages and interests.
