De eigenaars waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accomodatie was zeer sfeervol ingericht met een fantastische luxe badkamer. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Ook het kleine balkonnetje gaf vrijheid en zwaai contact met overburen. We hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad.

Amelia was quick to respond to all my inquiries and allowed us to check in early. The apartment was clean and spacious. We just did a quick stop over in Taranto to catch a train early the next day so our visit was quite short but this place fit our needs.

Gastgeberin sehr nett. Check in war ca. 3 Stunden früher möglich. Vor Ort keine kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten. 1 €/h Parkkosten zwischen 08:30-20:30 Uhr. Wohnung ist gepflegt und liegt in der Seitenstrasse der Einkaufsmeile, welche. Das Internet hat sporadisch nicht funktioniert. Mit der Hauselektrik scheint es ein Problem zu geben. Mehrere Verbraucher gleichzeitig führen zum Stromausfall. Mann muss dann in den Hauseingangsbereich und den Strom wieder anzustellen. Musste ich jeden Tag ca. 2x machen. Küche ist sehr einfach gehalten. Badezimmer neuwertig. Der nächst gelegene schöne Strand (Spiaggia Lido Silvana, weisser Sand, kristallklares Wasser) liegt ca. 30 Minuten entfernt.

Downtown Taranto

The host was very responsive, and the place was very clean. I wish we knew about a few things before we rented a place for the month; - There’s a service fee that we had to pay assuming like a resort fee that we were unaware of until we got to the unit. This was paid in cash. - We rented this unit because it had kitchenette. We made good use out of the mini fridge. However, unless we had all the lights, turned off the air conditioning, turned off, etc.. We were unable to use the burner stove that was provided which meant that we ate out every day because it would take 20 to 30 minutes to boil water and then the power go out. - There is a disclaimer about the power however, it was extremely disruptive because we couldn’t have multiple things going that we would normally without the power going out. The Location was great. There is a beach that it’s about a 10 minute walk. Luongo Mare. You have to get there early or else you don’t get a spot. We were close to the pulse of the city which is great, and there are a lot of great restaurants and shopping around. If you want to visit a shopping mall there is one that is a 10 to 12 minute drive and it’s called Auchaun. There is also a restaurant that’s right beside the units on the street level called La LAMOIDDA which was fantastic. If you plan to rent the unit, make sure you check the AC jug on the balcony and empty it periodically or else it will overflow and drip onto the street and you’ll have people yell at you.

Beautiful apartment

This rental unit is located in the heart of Taranto and has just about everything you would need while staying here. We highly recommend this rental, although the neighbours dogs were quite nasty and barked early in the morning 6:30 most days. The communication with our host was very good and she was always quick if to respond.

Immaculate!

The apartment was located close to everything downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was accommodating and very responsive to our needs. I would stay here again.

Taranto gem.

Fab apartment in a great location in the new town, a short stroll to the old town. Lovely hosts who picked us up from the bus station and gave us a short history lesson during the drive in. Quiet, clean, extremely comfortable. Can’t recommend highly enough.
