Large house of 330m2, super bright, this house is very cheerful. It will be over for this summer. Contains a large master suite with private bathroom (bath and shower), 2 children's rooms, one with a pull-out bed and a child's bathroom (shower and bath). Then on the 2nd floor there is a dormitory with 2 beds of 140 cm and one of 160cm, then an office and another room with a bed of 140cm and its bathroom. There is a net where you can lie in to look at the backlight, it's like cinema and the kids love it !!!!! The garden is 1500m2 and contains a heated and secure swimming pool for children. We have a chicken, it's nice for the fresh eggs of your vacation;)

We love our village which is ideally located: 25 minutes from Bordeaux, next to Saint-Emilion, the citadel of Blaye, an hour from the Bassin d'Arcachon and the castles of the Medoc. Surrounded by castles, you can do tastings and buy wine directly at the property;) the horse club for children is 2 minutes from the house. In addition, in summer there are many festivals and events in our village and those next door. You will not get bored at Saint -Gervais, there are always things to do!
