Beautiful villa 30 'from Naples, 1h30' from Rome and very close to everything in the middle. The villa in over two floors: the living room with two sofas and a table, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, little oven and microwave; on the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite).
The villa has beautiful terraces, a portico on the ground floor with a dining table overlooking the swimming pool.
The villa has a beautiful garden with a volley ball net and a pétanque camp. There is a parking space for three cars. There is also a bicycle for adults.
There is a cleaner and gardener that will take care of the villa. There is also the chance to have Neapolitan food prepared on site, or delivered.
The villa is in a private compound closed. The beach is 300m away, very quiet and a pine forest. There is a golf course 7Km. away and a natural reserve area nearby.
The area can be reached only by car
