Med fremragende faciliteter lige uden for døren og stilfuld, komfortabel indkvartering for større grupper, familie-sammenkomster og festlighederne, er Estcourt House svært at slå.

Denne elegante periode ejendom er sympatisk og smagfuldt renoveret med stor opmærksomhed på detaljer. Ejerne har tænkt på absolut alt for at sikre, at du har alt hvad du behøver for at nyde en ubekymret ferie, hvad enten det drejer sig om et kort eller længere ophold - fra et varmt udendørs brusebad, så praktisk når du og din hund vender tilbage fra stranden til en valg af rummelige opholdsarealer, der giver plads til, at alle kan hygge sig sammen eller finde et roligt eget rum.

Interiøret er en kreativ blanding af moderne og traditionelle møbler, bløde møbler og interessante kunstværker, der komplementerer hinanden og husets karakter. I stueetagen er et varmt og hjemligt veludstyret bjælkelagt køkken, en tilstødende solrig have / morgenmadsrestaurant med udsigt over gårdhaven, en spisestue, der er egnet til mere formel 'lejlighed' spisestue, en stue med rigelig plads til et fuldt hus, og et mindre hyggeligt tætsæt / bibliotek med en pejs og yderligere fjernsyn - ideel til en stille læsning eller for at se den valgte kanal. En garderobe og værktøj afslutter nedenunder. Op ad trappen (der er to trapper, hvoraf ingen er stejle), er der fem dejlige soveværelser (en superkonge, to dobbeltværelser, en lille dobbeltværelse og en tvilling), alle med overdådige senge og fint bomuldssengetøj, hvilket garanterer en god nats søvn og tre badeværelser, hvoraf to er en-suite.

Uden for den attraktive sydvendte, fuldt lukkede og private gårdhave er fantasifuldt anlagt og har en smuk natbelysning, så du kan få mest muligt ud af skønne nætter. Brug af boblebadet er tilgængeligt mod et ekstra gebyr. Anmod venligst om reservationen.

Fabulous spacious family home in great location

Wonderful, comfortable home for a family holiday There is plenty of space to entertain and relax. The house is very well equipped which makes catering easy. We spent most of the time socialising in the large kitchen and the patio garden. The hot tub was an added bonus. Really good village location.

Lovely house and location

The house is very comfortable and the location in the centre of lovely Burnham Market is excellent. The enclosed rear garden, with a hot tub, is a great place to relax. One small gripe - a BluRay player is advertised, but there is only a rather old and basic DVD player. Otherwise excellent in every way - our second visit.

New Year holiday

The house was very spacious and so well equipped. The kitchen particularly. There was everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. House is right in town so convenient for shops and cafes but was still quiet once inside. The bedrooms are spacious and plenty of storage space. Hot tub worked well and the whole house was spotless. Would highly recommended Estcourt House.

Perfect

Beautiful house in a stunning location. The children loved the dual stair case for playing hide and seek, the adults loved to social kitchen and hot tub. Shops in the village are highly recommended as is the park.

Family New Year - 10 persons including young grand children

Notwithstanding an initial small glitch on arrival (partially Covid related) which was very quickly and amicably rectified by both the agents and the owner; we had a fabulous time in an excellent property which is ideally suited for a large family gathering with young children. And we really enjoyed use of the Hot Tub. The photos very accurately represent the property

Lovely location, slightly wonky living areas

This home is lovely, warm, and inviting. The showers were extremely warm and the internet worked well enough. Parking was easy during the time we stayed. I believe we were able to park directly in front of the home the entire time we were there. Unfortunately, the living spaces are a bit wonky. The living room was traditional and extremely narrow which meant watching TV was uncomfortable for more than 1-2 people as you had to sit on the floor or use essentially deflated bean bags. The furnishings were a bit dated as well. The hot tub was a nice touch, but be warned that there was so much chlorine used that it took my husband an entire week to get the smell out of his swimming trunks and hair. Comfort and condition were between a 3-4, rather than a 4, but I didn't want to round down.

Lovely Stay at Escourt House

We had a very nice abd comfortable stay at Escourt House. The location is perfect for visiting places of historical interest and Wells Next to the Sea. There are pubs restaurants and tea rooms just across the road from the house along with a few retail stores too. On arrival we were greeted with a generous welcome pack which was such a lovely gesture. All in all I would highly recommend Escourt House for a large family group and will certainly be booking again through Norfolk Hideaways.

Fantastic house to stay in

An absolutely beautiful house to stay in for my family Christmas. It had everything that we needed in order for our Christmas weekend to go wonderfully well. We stayed for a long weekend ages 9 months to 78 and there was enough space in the house for everyone to have their space and yet all be together. The hot tub was lovely - with some nice outdoor lighting, plastic glasses to use and seperate towels for the tub, which you could sling in the tumble drier after use ready for the next time! The conservatory was a great place for breakfast with a more formal dining room - which was perfect for Christmas Day lunch. We had a lovely welcome pack as well, with wine, cheese, butter, bread etc. Such a lovely thing. The kitchen was well equipped. I was unsure what it would be like cooking a full on Christmas Dinner for 8 in a kitchen that I didn't know - would they have the pots and the pans etc - but they had everything I needed. I took some stuff with me just in case - but it was fine! The only tiny bit to mention was the heating!! It was absolutely roasting and we had to open the windows to cool it down! Was just thinking of the heating bills! We did use the thermostats ad turned them down, but not sure how effective they were. We went round turning off radiators but it was still hot. We closed the bedroom doors with the windows open so the heat could not get in and we could sleep at night. On the plus side, the beds were super comfy, the pillows lovely and soft and the linen was lovely too. :) Great place to stay. 100% recommend.

From the moment we opened the door to a warm fresh smelling house to the moment we left the house was perfect. The kitchen is very well appointed and stocked with every item you could ever think of, two fridges and one freezer and a wine fridge in the back room. Highly recommended for a family gathering or friends to share.

There is no off road or designated parking space, however there is unrestricted parking on the village road outside the house, and on Front Street, North Street and Station Road. There is a Pay and Display car park in the village, where there is free overnight parking from 6pm to 8am.
