Spacious apartment with a stunning view on the sea and a private swimming pool. The apartment is located just next to the private beach. The apartment covers the whole 1st floor of the villa and has 3 bedrooms and each room has a private bathroom.
Well equipped kitchen is available with refrigerator, oven, cooking panel, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc.
All bedrooms have a separate bathroom, flat screen TV with satellite programs. Apartment has a washing machine.
Enjoy the sunset over the sea with barbecue and glass of wine in the backyard.
Swimming pool in the backyard has an amazing sea view.
Cesarica is perfectly located place that allows you to explore this amazing region. Velebit mountain, Plitvice lakes, city of Zadar, islands Pag and Rab are perfect destinations for a day trip (4 national parks are nearby).
Karlobag is about 6 km away from the house where you can find cozy little cafes in dreamy, typical Mediterranean landscapes and restaurants where you can enjoy the cuisine of Croatia.
WiFi internet is available in the apartment (free of charge). Pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax collected by the Municipality of Karlobag is payable locally and will be charged extra.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Ein Highlight ist, dass man einen Pool hat und das Meer auch nur wenige Stufen entfernt ist.
Die Bucht ist sehr schön und alle hatten viel Spaß, da man ungestört ins Wasser springen, oder mit dem Stand Up Paddle ablegen konnte!
Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr nett und man konnte sich mit jedem Anliegen an Sie wenden, ob kaputter Autoreifen, oder Restaurantbuchung, etc. (Das Restaurant war sehr lecker😀)

Wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil mit netten Vermietern
Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter mit tollen Ideen für Ausflüge, Einkauf. Wohnung, Außenanlage, Pool u. zum Objekt gehöriger Strandabschnitt sehr gepflegt. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Zum Schnorcheln ideal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut, aber die Beschreibung ist etwas übertrieben
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, es war alles sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind vor Ort und helfen sofort. Es gibt einen tollen Blick auf die nächste Insel, die Fotos in der Anzeige spiegeln das Appartment genau wieder.
Was für uns nicht so gestimmt hat ist die Größe der Wohnung, sie ist wohl schon kleiner als die 130 m2, außer man rechnet die Terrasse voll mit, und dafür war es eben etwas teuer.
Im Haus gibt es drei vermietete Wohnungen, den Pool muss man sich teilen, was aber gut geklappt hat. Ein Kayak, wie angeben, gibt es nicht.
Wir dachten zunächst in der Mitte von vielen interessanten Zielen gebucht zu haben, das war nicht der Fall. Luftlinie sind zwar viele Attraktionen sehr nah, aber gefahren mit dem Auto ist dann doch alles sehr weit oder dauert aufgrund der Straßeneigenschaften sehr lange. Plitvice, die Wanderwege in Velebit, Zadar oder die Inseln sind 2h mit dem Auto entfernt.
