For your relaxation and enjoyment, the Living Room includes a 55" Flat-Screen Smart TV. Relax on the couch (also a sleeper sofa) and admire the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast, or spend some quality family-time playing cards and classic board games. There is also a desk should you need to work or want to write postcards to send to your envious friends back home! Free wifi allows you to access the internet anywhere in the condo, including the balcony while you listen to the crash of the waves.
The Beach-Front Master Bedroom with walk-in closet has a king-size bed, and a Flat-Screen TV. Step out of your private patio door to enjoy the sound of the surf. The Master Bathroom offers a spa-like atmosphere with a relaxing whirlpool tub and walk-in shower.
The Second Bedroom is designed with children and couples in mind; it offers a comfortable, queen-size bed with new mattress and a twin bunk. A full-size Bathroom with tub and shower is accessible from the 2nd bedroom and from the hallway.
A starter kit of dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper is provided, so you may enjoy your first day without rushing to the grocery store.
We provide Beach Service to our guests from March through October, which includes two lounge chairs and an umbrella; this is a $30 daily savings over what you'd pay to rent the same! An outside storage closet (located directly outside the front door) stores beach chairs and beach toys, several floats, noodles, and small boogie boards. All you need to provide for your personal use is a cooler and beach towels.
Sterling Sands Condominium is meticulously maintained. It boasts a large pool (heated in winter) with chairs, umbrellas, and loungers, as well as a hot tub and a grilling area with several large grills and seating. A Fitness Center is also located on property. A large Ice Maker (for a fee), vending machines, and bathrooms are conveniently located near the pool area. There are two walkways that take you directly to the beach, and each has a shower and spray off area for your body, feet, and toys.
Sterling Sands is near attractions, shopping, restaurants, and right on beach. You are just a short 10 minute walk to the Back Porch Restaurant. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store, and ice cream/yogurt parlor. Also located across the street is The Track - a place to ride go-carts, play mini-golf, bungee jump, ride bumper boats, explore an arcade, and so much more. Just a half mile away is Big Kahuna's, a massive water and adventure park. A WalMart SuperCenter is less than a mile to the east, and both a Publix Grocery and a Whole Foods Market are within 2.5 miles to the East. Winn-Dixie and Target are 1 mile to the West.
