Golf del Sur - Luxury 2 Bed Townhouse - The Palms Resort
Fantastic apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large sunny terrace. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is very comfortable, on one floor. Both bedrooms are doubles. The living room is spacious and has two sofas, one of them is a sofa bed for 2 persons. Both bathrooms have showers and bidet.
The terrace enjoys total privacy and has a deck to protect you from the sun. You can relax on a deck chair or sit at a table for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The apartment has been completely renovated and is modern and in perfect conditions.
It has satellite TV (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4 and over 60 English channels, as well as other Germans, French, Italians etc ..), wifi, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
The apartment also has a washing machine which is located on the terrace where you can dry what you wash without having it on the main terrace.
The complex is fabulous, with fantastic tropical gardens and 4 pools of different sizes and depths, one of which is heated in winter. The beds and umbrellas in wood and straw are free for you.
At the center of the complex is the Pool Bar and a very popular restaurant serving good quality drinks and food throughout the day.
For the children there are several pool tables and ping pong tables scattered around the complex.

A magnificent property, new and functional, one of the only ones with a terrace that is wide and sunny but totally intimate, for sunbathing or having breakfast, lunch or dinner without anyone else seeing you. The modern parasol allows you to stay outside even when the whipping is very strong and enjoy the warm climate of Tenerife.
