Located just 500 meters from the beach of Porto Ottiolu, this delightful apartment on the first floor of a residential complex offers a large living room with a built-in kitchen, 2 comfortable sofas to relax watching TV, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bedroom with 2 beds which leads to a small terrace, covered veranda with table and chairs to enjoy dinner on summer evenings. The house is equipped with pots and pans for preparing meals. TV, washing machine, free parking on the street.
The center of the village is 700 m away, and offers numerous pubs, ice cream parlors, restaurants, shops, and a nice evening market.
Olbia airport is only 25 minutes away, and a few minutes by car you can reach the tourist resorts of Budoni, San Teodoro, and the beaches of Posada, La Caletta.
