Villa moderna frente a la playa, piscina, 180º vistas al mar, 3HAB, 3. 5BA

BAYHOUSE, recientemente renovado en 2019 y disponible para alquiler en febrero de 2020, consta de dos estructuras separadas. Uno que contiene sala de estar, ½ baño, cocina y comedor interior. La otra estructura alberga 3 dormitorios, tres baños y tres terrazas privadas. La terraza cubierta para comer al aire libre conecta las dos estructuras.
* las fotos son actualmente de 2017, pero se cargarán nuevas fotos tan pronto como se completen las reparaciones.

Un camino suavemente inclinado conduce al acceso a la playa privada.

Los climas tropicales de alrededor de 80 grados de día o de noche, los 365 días del año y los suaves vientos alisios permiten un diseño abierto de BAYHOUSE que elimina los límites tradicionales de la vida dentro y fuera de la casa.

La estructura de la sala de estar tiene una gran terraza cubierta adicional con una sala de estar donde puede disfrutar de vistas despejadas de 180 grados del Mar Caribe. Debajo de la terraza está la piscina, una cubierta de piscina adicional, una piscina reflectante y una ducha al aire libre.

Gorgeous house and setting

We had a wonderful time in the Bayhouse Villa. Everything was perfect for all ages. Food and alcohol delivery made it extra special. The managers help in booking excursions, a chef, and dinner reservations made the trip a pleasure. Thank you Michelle

The manager, Michelle, was exceptionally diligent. She greeted us, showed the way, gave great advice and when the dryer broke, got a replacement exceptionally fast.The villa fully matched the write up. Great layout and exceptional views from every room. Kitchen was well set up even though we ate out every other night.

Beyond Incredible

If you’ve ever booked a property and wondered if it would meet your expectations of what you saw or read on the website, look no further than Bayhouse Villa. My wife and I spent a week there for our 25th anniversary and were blown away. The views from every room in the house were breathtaking and even though we were close to great beaches and restaurants, we really didn’t want to leave the house. Even though we have visited many wonderful places in the Caribbean, we cannot recommend a better place for a special and magical vacation.

Amazing Home/Spectacular Management Company

This home is amazing. The location and the view are breathtaking. Super quiet neighborhood. The one small complaint we had is that we wished they had more and more comfortable furniture for the living areas. The management company (Villas Virgin Gorda) was incredibly helpful. There is no question they could not answer about where to go, what to do and how to enjoy Virgin Gorda. Additionally, any time we needed anything for the house, they responded within hours, if not minutes, to make sure everything was taken care of. Simply the best experience we've ever had with a management company and we've rented tons of high-end vacation homes over the years. Highly recommended!

Perfection!

BayHouse was a simply fantastic home! The location is absolutely incredible and very convenient to many restaurants, grocery, beaches, etc.. The home is true to the photographs and video images and in fact…better. I cannot say enough about the house managers, Irma and Howard. They we so responsive and accommodating to every request and need. We can't wait to re-visit the island and reunite with BayHouse!

Incredible Experience!

We rented Bay House with our teenage son and another couple. We have rented houses several other times in Virgin Gorda and knew Bay House was going to be nice....we were not prepared for the incredible location and beauty of the house. We had planned many adventures but cancelled almost all of them to stay at the house! Irma was such an asset to the house. When told we had wished we had martini glasses, she magically appeared with them! We felt pampered and satisfied during our entire trip. We want to return, as it was one of our best vacations.....ever!

Simply amazing

Everything about this place is beyond wonderful. We were attracted by the wonderful modern architecture and completely private location, including a beautiful private beach... and ridiculously gorgeous views of the turquoise ocean from every vantage point. We shopped at the nearby grocery store and cooked wonderful meals all week long, and explored the nearby Mount Gorda as well as The Baths and the Coppermine ruins. All lovely short drives and a couple hour diversion. Would definitely recommend for other couples looking for a little quality relaxation, or families who want to spend some time together as the 3 bedrooms and living/dining room areas are very spacious and accommodating. The property manager was also super helpful and responsive, guiding us on everything from car rentals to ferry schedules and things to do and see on the island.

Paradise found

My wife and I luckily had the Villa to ourselves for a magical 9 days in paradise. It was totally private and approaching our 29th anniversary, found this exquisite Villa had everything we wanted. The Property Managers Irma and Howard were wonderful to deal with and were there for us if needed providing information and support. The pictures cannot do this property justice.

Stunning Property - Beautiful Views - Incredible Service

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Bayhouse for a week to celebrate our anniversary in June. Howard took very good care of us from start to finish, from pre-stocking the kitchen, to providing recommendations for catering, sailing charters, and car rental. He even met us at the airport on arrival and departure! The property was absolutely beautiful - inside and out. Very private with amazing views of the water from every room. The photos on the website accurately reflect the decor and amenities - you will not be disappointed. We were often torn between staying and enjoying the property or venturing out to explore the island. The close proximity to the beach was great and allowed us to do some exploring close to home. It is fairly rocky, so not ideal for snorkeling, but we found there to be plenty of areas ideal for snorkeling within a few minutes drive. The property provides a perfect balance between seclusion and close proximity to points of interest (i.e.restaurants, spa, yacht club, and The Baths). Everything was literally 5-7 minutes away. I also can not rave enough about Mimi, the caterer that Howard recommended. She completely blew us away with a four-course meal that was by far the best meal we had during our stay on the island. I highly recommend her if you are interested in some extraordinary in-villa dining. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again. We generally stay at luxury resorts when we travel, but our experience at Bayhouse has completely changed our perspective on the benefits of staying in a beautifully appointed private villa and having the ability to customize our vacation experience. The only thing that could have made our vacation better was more time! Howard and Irma will take very good care of you - the personalized service and attention to detail is what you might expect from family and friends. They have thought of everything, so all you have to do is enjoy! See you next year!

Paradise found!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely place for a week. It was simply gorgeous and very quiet and private. Howard went above and beyond to make sure our stay was easy and seamless, meeting us at the ferry, having his wife pick up our groceries prior to our arrival, and being available by email before, during and after our stay. We are "high maintenance" people that were looking for a place that would meet our expectations - - this fit the bill. I have Never written a review before, despite staying at beautiful places from Paris to Patagonia. We are still talking about the beauty of this place, almost one year later. Just say "Yes!"

wonderful experience on Virgin Gorda

We spent a wonderful 8 days on Virgin Gorda for spring break as a family to escape the nasty Chicago winter. With three children and a nanny, the space was perfect. Our youngest child shared a room with the nanny, which worked out fine. The house is beautifully located right on the beach. You can hear the waves and enjoy the sea breeze. There are a few different restaurants a short drive away, as is the marina for scuba diving, or the Baths (a must see location). The property is well maintained and private/secluded. The on property beach is great for walking, but not for swimming. The pool is refreshing and convenient if you just want a lazy day at home. Howard and Irma are fantastic care takers, very knowledgable of the area, and available for any need. The daily maid service was great and allowed us to enjoy vacation and worry less about cleaning/straightening. It was really hard to leave and can't wait to return. As advertised and highly recommended.

Simply magical

Wanting to get out of the Pennsylvania winter, we began looking in the BVI for a beautiful place to visit. Although many of the islands looked wonderful the housing was not. To say that we picked to vacation in Virgin Gorda because of the Bay House is true. We were not let down. We are two couples that have traveled together often. We love fabulous architecture, wonderful art, great food and good service. We found it all at Bay House. The house is stunning and well thought out. The location is private and perfect for people who have had quite enough of 300 strangers sitting around the same pool at a 5 star plus resort. The landscape is beautiful. The house sits on the property in such a way that the windows frame the suroundings outside, simply beautiful. Although there were just 4 of us, the house can hold 6 people very nicely. There aren't many places I would visit twice, but this just might be the place for us! Howard, if ever you need recommendations, or your guests need travel tips feel free to contact me. Paradise

We traveled to Virgin Gorda from the U.S. and the U.K. (two families) in January and are thrilled that we chose Bay House villa as it is a truly outstanding property. The property's aesthetic was exactly to our liking and it really is set up for an exceptional stay. The views are 180+ degrees of Caribbean ocean, the beach is wonderful for early morning or sunset strolls, and the pool provides a great oasis for daytime lounging. Howard (the property manager) was extremely responsive to any requests while at the same time giving us all the privacy we needed and leaving us to our own devices. He also made sure the house was stocked with some basics and that everything was perfectly ready for our stay so we arrived and could slip right into whatever we had planned without having to worry about anything to do with the accommodations. We were so grateful to have found this villa as it really made our vacation in the BVI perfect. It's hard to think of any room for improvement but if I have to come up with something, I would say that having more than one cutting board would be great (maybe we couldn't find the other ones?), providing mosquito coils too, and our water pressure in the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom was poor, but Howard had a plumber coming in later to fix it. This really was a phenomenal vacation due almost entirely to the villa, and we are already arranging to return next year and make this a yearly tradition for our two families. If you're lucky enough to have a chance to stay here, I would encourage you to seize it in a heartbeat. ** Note: We did travel here with two young children (babies) but this isn't exactly a child friendly property as you could find a lot of dangers for children if you were so inclined (wet concrete floors and stairs, no gate around the pool, ample wildlife etc). That said, if you are like us and are looking for something that is appealing to adults and you are relaxed in your parenting style, then you'll find that this is a fantastic place to stay.

Exceeded Expectaions...A+ house and A+ view

The BayHouse was nothing short of spectacular for our vacation. The setting is wonderful and the view is perfect. We spent a week in Virgin Gorda and this house was perfect for our family. The detached living quarters provided a nice quiet aspect to the house. It was perfectly located and secluded for privacy. The house has top notched furnishings and appliances and Howard provided A+ service. We enjoyed the modern design of this house and the pool area setup was perfect for us. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience at the BayHouse and the pictures really don’t do it justice. I highly recommend this house if you are staying on the island. A+
