The property is across the street from Nail Bay Sports Club and Sugarcane Restaurant. A quick ride to “Hog Heaven”, The famous Baths, numerous restaurants, Saba Rock, Leverick Bay, sailing, shopping, grocery and transportation.
Ocean and beach access is a 1 minute walk from the house. Breathtaking views! Coral Reef Beach!!!

Villa with incredible view

We absolutely luv’d it. The pool & view were incredible. Our host Mindy fantastic! Perfect for 2 couples staying upstairs. Great restaurant 5 min walk to Sugar Cane restaurant.

Drakes View Getaway

What a beautiful home and location. Our host Mindy was wonderful!! The home is recently renovated, so clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. A close drive to great restaurants and sites to see. You must go and stay at Drakes View. We will be back next year for some more fun.

Love this Place!!

We loved Drake’s View … that view! We loved the home, the pool, the grounds and that fabulous beach! Mindy was fabulous and took great care of us! A true gem!

Drake view

Our week stay at Drake view was very nice. Mindy and Art treated us like family. They went out of there way to make sure the younger ones were never bored. Virgin Gorda is a beautiful destination.

Great house and stunning view

Mindy was welcoming and made us feel at home. The view was ridiculously nice. The island has many sandy beaches with crystal clear places to swim including our own private beach that took about a minute to walk to. The house had what we needed including a nice clean pool and Mindy was always available for advice/assistance.

Beauty on the bay

Beautiful view of Nail Bay, lovely decks and pool with beach a short walk below. House is very tastefully done and well equipped. Bedding is excellent and very comfortable, outdoor showers are awesome. Mindy (Property Mgr.) is wonderful and lives nearby. “Rightway” grocery mart has about everything you would need. (Bring your own tissues, shower soap and shampoo, but hand soap is provided.)

Our vacation

We had an amazing view from the villa and Mindy met us at the dock and helped with our baggage. There was supposed to be a crib for my granddaughter but Mindy was able to get a pack n play which worked out well. Sugarcane Restaurant was just a short walk away with good food and we enjoyed every minute especially the private pool and beach.

Great house; great welcome

Seamless experience. Our host provided us with very helpful recommendations and property manager (Mindy - a gem) was helpful from beginning to end. The location is as advertised and the nearby beach saw very few visitors. Thank you to all.

Beautiful Drakes View

Everything was top notch…it all starts with our host Mindy!!! She greeted us at the marina upon our arrival. She did our shopping for us…pre arrival and was very close by so that she could attend to any of our request. The house was perfect for our group. The beach, the pool the view were all amazing. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Mindy & Drakes View.

Amazing!

Photos do not do this place justice, it's a slice of heaven. Extremely clean, comfy and everything you need- the kitchen is so well stocked. The grounds are pristine and the view - outstanding. Mindy is wonderful as a house manager and always available! There's a great restaurant with pool and sports club a 2 min walk, as well as 2 beaches. We used both cabs and a car (driving is wild but fun) to get around... Lots of info in the house, great wifi and so relaxing.

Drakes View - Perfection

Mindy is an exceptional property manager. She goes above and beyond. The Villa was much better than described. It is the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at and the cleaning service came twice during our 7 day visit. The laundry isn’t available to guests but the cleaning service washes anything you want when they come to clean. The Villa is a short walk to a beautiful beach and at the mist 4 other people would be there. We loved the whole experience and will be back!

Great location / Fantastic Views

Drake's View was a wonderful house to stay at. The descriptions were accurate with all the amenities needed for great vacation. Only one item was missing and Mindy brought it to us within minutes of our inquiry. Mindy was great providing information prior to our stay, meeting us on arrival to VG and gave us very interesting history of the island and the Nail Bay area. We enjoyed the pool and the fantastic views when you are in the pool. The beach location is as stated, (a very short walk) to crystal clear waters. Also, the Sugarcane restaurant next door is fabulous and should not be missed.

Drake's View Exceeded our Expectations

We had a wonderful week stay at Drake's View. The two bedrooms upstairs and the two down were perfect for our family of seven. We had plenty of room to lounge and relax, and we loved that it was only a short walk down to the quiet beach. Mindy, the house manager, was so kind and helped us with any questions or requests we had. The location of Drake's View is also great. It's in the middle of the island, so a short 15 minute drive down to Spanish Town and 15 minutes for all things on the north end of the island. It made exploring very easy. We cannot wait to come back to Drake's View. It was a perfect week with our family.

Great Stay

We had a great time and enjoyed the home. Communication, check in and amenities were extremely helpful with our family group with small kids. One thing to note about the home is the upstairs and downstairs are not connected from inside the house. We were able to manage around it but could be problematic depending on age of kids. Our stay was for 2 weeks with kids so not having laundry accessible was a challenge. They worked with us on a solution but not ideal.

Wonderful House

Spectacular view of Drakes passage from the house and pool. Beautiful beach short walk away with very few people. The restaurant and club facilities are also a short walk away and a real added convenience. The stay and amenities were everything we could hope for. There is a property manager that was very helpful and cleaning were regular. I will just note for other guests that the bedrooms are split between two floors. Master 1 upstairs and another two with shared bathroom downstairs. You need to go outside to get between the two floors. If you are visiting with young children make note of this, as you’ll probably need an adult to sleep downstairs with them. We had the grandparents down there. It would be perfect for two families with older children, as adults could stay upstairs and kids will get a separate floor for themselves with a TV. The communication was amazing and we were even able to quickly make an adjustment to our booking. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house, can’t way to visit again!

Great Location and Great House

We stayed at Drake's View over Christmas in 2023 and had a great stay. Mindy is the property manager and is absolutely A+ as many of the other reviews have mentioned. The views are great and the house is clean and modern. The proximity to Sugarcane was a huge plus as we would walk about 100 yards to one of the best restaurants on ViGi. The internet runs fast and the amenities are as described. The draw backs were not many. The second floor bedrooms require you to access the main living area from the exterior, which wasn't a big deal. It was interesting not having a TV to watch, which was not a big deal to us with the internet working well for streaming services. The laundry room is locked up, however the cleaning service does your laundry so it wasn't an issue. We will come back and stay again in the future.

The Stars Align

What a place to stay! We had 2 families and kids ranging from 8-17 and this location was amazing. between the pool, the decks and two levels we had plenty of room. When they say it's a 3 minute walk to the beach they are not lying. The entire week we saw a total of 3 people on the beach. What they don't mention is the coral reef next to the beach is as pristine as they come. I could go on for days but I implore you to go find out for yourself.

Paradise on a Platter

Drake's View was simply fantastic. Four of us stayed for five days, two adults, a fifteen year old, and a 12 year old. It was Perfect. Mindy the property manager was wonderful, helpful, responsive, provided great guidance and advice. The house was great. Clean as a whistle, great pool and deck, two minute walk down the path to basically a private beach. We saw at most 10 there people there in total over the course of our stay. We cannot wait to come back.

So serene

We had a wonderful vacation and the location can't be beat! Our villa was clean and had fantastic views. The setup was perfect for the five of us (all adults), with a bedroom suite downstairs. We'll definitely stay here again!
