Ansprechende Unterkunft aber Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und ansprechend, mit allen notwendigen Utensilien eingerichtet. Lediglich die Ablagemöglichkeiten in Form von SchrĂ€nken war sehr gering bemessen. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft in einem nicht sauberen Zustand. Böden, Schubladen und Geschirr genĂŒgten nicht den Standards. Dies hatten wir direkt der Rezeption gemeldet. Da an diesem Tag kein Reinigungspersonal mehr zur VerfĂŒgung stand mussten wir zum Start unseres Urlaubs selbst Hand anlegen. Die versprochene Erstattung hatten wir trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nie erhalten. Schade, da dies den sonst guten Gesamteindruck der Anlage und des Hauses stark mindert.
