Old Maids Cottage is a thatched cottage resting near the seaside town of Ilfracombe. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a double with en-suite bath and shower, a zip/link bed with en-suite bath and shower and a double, together sleeping up to six people and served by a shower room. Completing the interior is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a patio area with furniture and a lawned area. Old Maids Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring this corner of North Devon. Please note that mobile phone reception in Lee Bay village is limited and not available inside the cottage. While there are reception hotspots in the property grounds, visitors should use “Wi-fi calling” on their smart phones and via the ultra high speed internet while in residence.
