This beautiful, in 2014 completely (inside and outside) renovated house of least 200m2 meets all modern requirements of today, but preserved many original details. With a large living room of 60m2 a kitchen with cooking island, 5 bedrooms (with airconditioning), 5 bathrooms, a large garden of 8000m2 with a lovely private swimming pool and only 6 km from the famous pilgrimage site of Rocamadour meets this house everything you as a tourist can wish.

Large living room with fireplace and large patio doors to the terrace, luxury kitchen with cooking island, bedroom with his own access from the outside and bathroom.

4 bedrooms with airconditioning and 4 bathrooms.

Outside
Large fenced garden of 8000m2 with private swimming pool of 3.5 x 11 meters and a wonderful view. Possibility to eat outside under the big trees. There is ample parking.

Surroundings
The town Rocamadour, just 6 km away, here you can not only enjoy this beautiful town that is built on a cliff but visit also Foret des Singes (monkeys) and bird shows.

The caves of La Cave where you enter the depths with a train 15km, Gramat 10 km (with a market on Thursday) is the largest town in the area. Here you can find all the shops, restaurants and supermarkets (there is also a zoo). On the Dordogne river at only 15 km are plenty canoe possibilities. Here you will find the beach Gluges. A guarded (pebble) beach, free of charge, overlooking the beautiful rock walls on the Dordogne.

Es war traumhaft. Schon alleine der Empfang durch Véronique, Gilles und Philippe liess auf eine tolle Zeit hoffen. Das hat sich mehr als bestätigt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und absolut ruhig. Die Landschaft ist wunderbar, und wir haben es sehr genossen. Charlotte und Philipp, Schweiz

Superbe villa et bel emplacement

Très belle villa (rénovation très réussie), de belles chambres avec chacune sa salle d’eau. De grands espaces intérieurs et extérieur avec un beau jardin. Du calme et beaucoup d’activités à moins de 20km. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine car un peu trop froide. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et conseils.

Toute la maison respire la qualité et le bien-être. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour - It was a really marvellous place and we sure want to come back! Very quiet location and still not too far away from all the beautiful sites in the Lot and Dordogne.

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely stay at this house nearby Rocamadour! Very nice owners. The house is beautiful and everything is so new! A lot of things to do in the environment, you will never be bored. The town Rocamadour is worth a visite. With nice weather you can enjoy the pool and the nice garden. Really nice house, we recommend it to everyone!
