Not far from Umag is located a complex of urban luxury villas, with its unique name - Villa Vilanija. All 5 villas are located in the centre of a small peaceful village called Vilanija and each has its own private parking, swimming pool and a garden. All of the villas are located close to each other but yet, each of them has a guaranteed private territory surrounded by natural green fence.

In case our guests decide to spend their vacation in large groups, Villa Vilanija is an ideal place as all the Villas are located close to each other within a privatised complex, however all of the villas are enclosed with natural green fence, so that our guests can stay close to each other, yet still have their privacy.

All Villas consist of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a fully stocked indoor kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a covered terrace and a BBQ fireplace in the garden. The first floor offers other bedrooms and bathrooms and an open terrace overlooking the sea.
The houses are very comfortable and modern, offering quality interior and exterior furniture, so your holiday in this beautiful surroundings will be very pleasant and promising.

A few-minute ride by car will allow you to get to the centre of Umag, where you will find many cultural, entertainment and sport facilities.
Umag is famous for ATP tennis tournament which is being held every year in July since 1990, so you can also come watch your favourite tennis players and enjoy playing tennis by yourself. Moreover, our guests will be able to swim in the sandy and pebble beaches only 4 kilometres away from the Villas.
Only 10 kilometres away from Villa Vilanija our guests will be able to find Golf Club Adriatic to enjoy their time at an exquisite game.

Our guests are welcomed to taste Mediterranean Istrian cuisine 1,5 kilometres away from the Villas. Restaurants: Nono, Melon and Busčina will allow you experiencing delightful taste of Croatia.
We recommend to explore Istria and its medieval town Motovun that is known for film and jazz festivals, and many other fun activities, as well as coastal areas with an abundance of cultural and historical events.

Hunting and fishing can be organised upon the request of our guests.
If desired, the owner can arrange transfer from the airport, as well as catering or a great chef surcharge.

Könnte besser sein!

Empfang der Dame sehr nett. Sauberkeit, naja... Spinnweben an Decken und an Geländer, an Küchen- und Wohnzinnerschrank unten. Sonnenliegen auflagen sehr beschmutzt und Grill absolute Zumutung! Klettergerüst für die Kinder war vorhanden aber absolute !Lebensgefahr!, wurde dann abgebaut, aber somit keine Beschäftigung mehr für unsere Kids. Am Pool Abdeckungen defekt und damit Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder! Das Dach der Terasse undicht, somit bei Regen, was dort vorkommt, nicht nutzbarer Außenbereich! Im oberen Schlafzimmer Lattenrost defekt/durchgelegen! In der Küche fehlt es an vielen...kein Toaster, keine schneidende Messer, defekte Kühlschrankinnenteile, bei Ankunft hat Kühlschrank gerochen und es waren Mücken drin. Eigentümerin die dazu gerufen wurde, sehr unfreundlich! Kam mit Preis, trotz vieler Mängel nicht entgegen, meinte frech...jetzt direkt alles Geld zurück und sofort gehen oder halt so akzeptieren.Da Hochsaison und wir 7 Personen waren, mussten wir es leider so hinnehmen. FeWo direkt leider keine große Hilfe. Umgebung: Garten einsehbar von einem Hochhaus; andere Nachbarn, die zu unserem Zeitpunkt da waren, waren sehr sehr laut, sodass wir leider ab 9 Uhr bis spät in die Nacht von Musik beschallt wurden. Es ist nicht soo privat! Alles in allem können wir sagen, dass Haus ist ok, aber nicht für den angegebenen Preis. Man darf sich nicht von den Bildern hier verführen lassen, denke das einige Kommentare gelöscht wurden.

Das perfekte Haus

Das Haus (Qualität, Ausstattung, Pool, Sauberkeit) war perfekt! Evtl könnte die Küche noch ein paar scharfe Messer, Schneidebrett und Gläser vertragen. Das ist aber auch schon das einzige, was aber nicht negativ in die Bewertung einfliest. Die Größe, Anzahl der Zimmer, Bäder,... Hätte nicht besser sein können. Pool war groß und ausreichend warm, auch nachts waren wir oft noch eine Runde schwimmen. Die Kinder haben das große Wohnzimmer, den Pool und die Schaukel geliebt. Für zwei Familien mit je 2 Kindern ein sehr großzügiges Haus! Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Ausstattung insgesamt war sehr gut, aber es gibt noch Luft nach oben. Matratze war eine Federkern, und wenn sich jemand umgedreht hat dann wackelte die Matratze so, das der Partner mitwackelt. Weiters wäre mindestens eine zweite Klimaanlage notwendig, wenn es ganz heiß ist. WLAN könnte besser sein, hat nur 5mbit. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

La villa e stupenda la posizione fantastica a 10 minuti da Umago ma fuori dal caos tranquillità e silenzio, piscina bellissima la casa ha tutto quello che vi permette di fare vacanze formidabili.
