Luxurious holiday home with private pool on the golf course of Salobre in the south of Gran Canaria.



The house has on the top floor a bedroom with double bed and Spanish TV, a bathroom with shower and another bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the balcony.

The ground floor offers a living room with dining room and kitchen with satellite TV and access to the terrace.

Both bedrooms as well as the living room are air conditioned.

In the basement there is another bathroom with shower next to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.



The outdoor area with its dining room, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue (extra cost) invites you to enjoy the warm climate of the island. The swimming pool (4,5 m x 2,5 m / 1,4 m) is for private use and can be heated (24°-26°C extra cost)



IMPORTANT NOTICE: The construction of a new set of villas behind the Golfers complex has started a few months ago. The construction works with heavy machinery should be finished in December 2022, although there may be temporary obstacles that may cause a delay. DISCOUNT: For this reason a discount is applied on working days.

Surroundings



The house is located in a beautiful complex on the Salobre Golf course. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills under the sun. Non-golvers will also love the beautiful green gardens, the running track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The complex also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
