Renovated house at walking distance from the beach

We have renovated a country house located just 10 minutes walk from some of the most beautiful beaches on the lake. Respecting the original country house we have created this holiday home which has one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, a small and living room with sofa, an open plan kitchen, one bathroom with shower and a service bathroom with washing machine. Outside there is a garden, not fenced, close to the woods. We are surrounded by countryside, near a few typical houses, right on the edge of the forest, the lake and the beaches. The road (1 km) leading to the property is unpaved, is rocky and dirty and is not suitable for cars with low ground clearance. Parking is free and is located 50 meters from the property. The closest restaurants are just 1 km from the property. The house is in a strategic position for excursions and walks, and many of the beautiful beaches of Lake Como are within walking distance. Arrival and departure: 4.00pm by 7.00pm for arrival, departure 10.00 am, please respect the arrival and departure times. Original identity documents will be required at check-in in accordance with Italian law. Upon check in guests are required to pay the tourist tax in cash equal to Euro 1 per person/day. Pets are welcome, but the hospitality of pets is always to be agreed so please let us know when booking, we also need to let you know some important information. For smokers we kindly ask not to smoke in the house. We have renovated this house and also a cottage. You can find the Cottage on the portal as: New Cottage near the woods and beautiful beaches. Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marina's apartment. The hints about the unpaved road are really worth to consider. There are a lot of nice places to visit, kids were happy about the cats that came by and Marina and her co-host really answer quickly to any questions. I really appreciated this friendly communication.

Just great!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is absolutely pretty, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location at the peninsula was perfect for us, we loved the quietness and the private beach. By car it is not far from daily shopping and the pretty plaza at the ferry terminal in Colico, where we had ice cream and the kids played at the fountain. Our kids also loved to play in the spacious, adventurous garden all around the house with rocks and a big lawn to play football. The houseowner Marina is very friendly, trustable and uncomplicated. We definitely recommend the house very much.

Ruhig und idyllisch

Das Haus ist etwas abseits abgelegen und daher sehr ruhig und idyllisch im Grünen. Die Vermieterin hat sich bei der Übergabe sehr viel Zeit genommen und ist alles wichtige erklärt und gezeigt, inkl. Privatstrand. Das Haus selbst ist neu renoviert und hat alles, was man braucht. Einziges Manko: man ist etwas weiter weg vom Schuss und braucht eigentlich für alle Erledigungen das Auto, mit dem man den etwas beschwerlichen Feldweg zum Haus zurücklegt.

Perfektes Haus mitten in der Natur

Alles hat prima geklappt. Vom Treffpunkt über den gemeinsamen Weg zum Haus und die spontane Buchung eines Tisches im nahegelegenen Restaurant. Marina ist eine tolle Vermieterin, die gut Englisch spricht und uns viele gute Tipps gegeben hat. Danke für alles, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Berg und See

Inmitten der Natur und trotzdem nicht weit zum sommerlichen Leben am See liegt dieses neue und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Ferienhaus. Alles Organisatorische hat aufgrund der sehr netten und unkomplizierten Vermieterin problemlos funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

Haus im Grünen

Modern ausgebautes Haus im Grünen, ideal für Naturliebhaber mit Kindern und Hund. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Besitzer und die Verwalterin Simona. Zu beachten ist, dass in Italien ab Mitte April nicht mehr geheizt werden darf! Deshalb einen Stern weniger, war es in diesen eher kühlen Frühlingstagen doch ziemlich kalt im Haus. Wir haben unsern Aufenthalt aber trotzdem sehr genossen mit schönen Wanderungen und Ausflügen!

Schrecklich !!!! Buchen Sie keinesfalls dieses Haus; bei der Anfahrt auf der schlecht asphaltierten Strasse habe ich mir einen tiefen Kratzer in den linken Carbon-Flap meines tiefergelegten Lamborghinis eingefangen. Nein...war nur Spaß !!! Wir durften nun schon zum zweitenmal Gäste im Lagoenatura sein. Vom ersten Kontakt, über die Buchung und den Empfang im Haus läuft alles unkompliziert, zuverlässig und super sympathisch. Das Haus ist geräumig, alles ist neuwertig und sauber, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die direkte Umgebung ist aussergewöhnlich, pure Natur und absolute Ruhe. Mit wenigen Schritten Richtung See erreicht man eine kleine Lichtung von der aus man eine schöne Aussicht auf den See und die Orte des gegenüberliegenden Seeufers hat. Von dort aus beginnt auch ein kleiner Rundwanderweg (ca. 40 min), der einem erst parallel zum See durch ein Wäldchen, dann steil nach oben zu einem tollen Aussichtsfelsen und weiter an einem kleinen Bauernhof vorbei, zurück zum Haus führt. Und nicht zu vergessen der kleine Felsen, an den das Haus quasi angebaut ist: perfekt um die letzten Sonnenstrahlen mit Blick auf die nahen Berge zu geniessen. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub.

Schönes Haus in super ruhiger Lage und freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Super nette Vermieterin. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage. Sehr ruhig mit eigenem Strand. Die Ausstattung ist modern und alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist zwar etwas schwierig für größere Fahrzeuge, aber möglich! Noch einige Fliegengitter mehr vor den Fenstern wären sinnvoll, damit besser gelüftet werden kann, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Ansonsten war es ein toller erholsamer Urlaub. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Marina.

marinas wohnung liegt wunderschön auf der piona halbinsel. man hat einen strand in kurzer distanz und bis zu supermärkten und restaurants sind es nur wenige autominuten. marina war sehr hilfsbereit auch bei kleinen problemen. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Etwas puristisch in traumhafter aber schwer zugänglicher Lage.

Unheimlich nette Vermieterin. Einrichtung ist modern, fast puristisch. Wer viel kocht, sollte selbst ein wenig Equipment mitbringen (Pfanne ist für vier Personen viel zu klein). Wir haben vor allem die Lage und die einsame kleine Bucht genossen. Wer die Natur liebt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Ein sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in absolut ruhiger, idyllischer Lage.

Das Haus und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - sogar Frühstückskekse für den ersten Tag hat Marina bereitgestellt. Einziger Nachteil der ruhigen Lage ist, dass man für sämtliche Einkäufe das Auto (oder ein Fahrrad) benötigt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus (strada bianca) ist stellenweise etwas eng für größere Autos, aber machbar. Ansonsten ein perfektes Haus, wenn man sich Ruhe und Vogelgezwitscher wünscht.

Wunderschön gelegene neue Ferienwohnung mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern an diesem wunderbaren idyllischen Ort! Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht inkl Waschmaschine/ Abwaschmaschiene/2 Toiletten und vielen mehr! Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen hat einen tollen Garten zum Spielen und ausspannen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar zwei Reisebetten für unsere kleinen Kindern zur Verfügung gestellt! Der kleine private Kieselstrand ist gut zu Fuss über einen kleinen, steilen Weg zu erreichen! Es gibt sogar einen Brötchen-Service der per Bestellung einem jeden Morgen frische Brötchen liefert! Colico ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Piona liegt wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Unsere Ferien waren einfach wunderbar und wir würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder mieten!

A jewel in the middle of nature :-)

We stayed at Loft Oltrebosco for one week in May wanting to flee from hectic and stressful daily routine...this wonderful place in nature was perfect as a retreat from previous strenuous days. The apartment is well-equipped and well-furnished, everything you need is there, except you want to cook a five-courses menu :-)! The apartment was newly renovated and the hosts established a perfect mixture of modernity and accomodation. We loved the sleeping facility on the second floor. We stayed in the little loft Oltrebosco, which is for 2 persons - even the name has already reminded me of a place in heaven ;-) and it is...tranquility, nature, a wonderful garden where we enjoyed breakfasts outside in the morning...especially our dog, a labrador, who joined us on holiday loved the garden and the beautiful surroundings! :-) She also felt really welcome by the very nice and cordial hosts who gave us a warm welcome and who live hospitality! At this place thanks a lot to Marina and her husband! The "private beach" which can be reached in a 3-4 minutes walk from the house is a perfect retreat to catch some sun and enjoy beautiful views on Lake Como...especially our dog loved the baths in the 16 degrees cold water ;-) if you don´t want to cook in the evening, there are two good restaurants a minute drive away, we in particular recommed the agricultural restaurant El Mercante which prepares very delicious homemade Italian pasta (Be careful the portions are big! :D) It´s also a good starting point for bike tours, we made wonderful tours for example in the valley Valtellina and around the lake from the eastern to the western side. All in all, we can warmly recommend this jewel in nature, especially as a hideaway from hectic lifestyle! Julia and Michael

modern und stylish wohnen inmitten der oberitalienischen Wildnis

Das Haus ist den Fotos entsprechend neu ,supermodern und sehr sauber. Der kleine einsame Kiesstrand ist über einen wilden Trampelpfad in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso empfehlenswert ist der ca. 1/2h stündige Wanderweg durch den Wald nach Colico. Marina ist eine sehr nette ,zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank !

Wer Natur und Ruhe sucht

Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung. Voll in der Natur - Feldweg dorthin ist etwas anspruchsvoll - uns hat es aber super gefallen. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Great accomdation on a very beautiful place

Together with an other family we have booked both appartments at this great place close to the lake of Como. Both appartements are brand new renovated and are very stylish. They are excellent equipped, so you can easy cook a dinner or lunch at home. The accomadation is located in the pure nature. In a short walk you reach a "private" beach or you just relax in a beach chair in front of the appartement. Marina, which rents the Appartements was very kind and showed us all. She speaks English very well. I can really recommend this great accommdation! Daniel
