Los Realjos - Calle Chile Villa

The location of the villa was excellent. We hired a car and parking was available immediately outside. The villa amenities were excellent, although a little too cold to sample the outdoor pool.There were plenty of shops and restaturants within a relatively short distance.I would have no heditation in recommending the property.

Exactly as described & great location

The property manager, Maria was excellent to deal with. Very helpful for offering ideas of where to hike & eat. She met us upon arrival and went over everything with us re: wifi, tv, swimming pool, laundry facilities, etc.The location was ideal for us with 2 cars rented and 5 adults there was ample space inside & outside the property. Cars were parked on the road, but it was a dead end and not busy at all, nor difficult to get parking.The facilities and location were ideal for us as we wanted to walk to restaurants at night for supper but wanted to explore the island during the day. Everything was quite accessible for hiking, visiting natural swimming pools, surf beaches and overall exploring the whole island by car. Thank you Maria!

We really enjoyed our stay: the house was easily accesible by public transport and really comfortable for staying with kids. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great house and a great location

2 couples from Canada, stayed for a month. This was the perfect place for us. Outside Puerto de la Cruz however within walking distance. Local district had many places to eat and drink. Discount grocery was a short walk, butcher and fruit shops close by. Bus stop out front was nice for getting around. Solid charming working kitchen. Would love to return some day.

Los Realejos

We had a perfect stay. Location very central to all places on the island. Thats what we did. It is in the middle of the city-noises. Sometimes really loud but never till very late. We were probably just as loud, playing in the perfect pool!! Very friendly owner and contactperson. Good contact and immediate solutions. When we come back to Tenerife for sure we will book this accomodation again.

A great house near Puerto de la Cruz

we had a very nice stay in this big house in Los Realejos, just 5 min away from Puerto de la Cruz (4 adults and 2 childrens). The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a very spacious living room. It is very well equiped with a washing machine, a dish washer and all the necessary for cooking. Swimming pool. A good point to see all Tenerife; 20 min from Oratava and Laguna, 1h from Los gigantes, Anaga and el Teide. Erica which is managing the rent was very helpful and always available! Highly recommend

Unfortunately rather noisy place

The house is situated next to the main road trough the area and one side of the house (same) is adjacent a gas station with car wash where people all day long uses high pressure water to clean their cars. To the other side it was more quiet but as the terasse was to the noisy side it was not comfortable. The house is large and is well laid out but worn especially the kitchen though everything worked. The noise prevented us from relaxing but other people might not find that Important as it was fairly quiet late and in the night. Wish we had consulted Google street view as we normally do.

Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft

Wir waren vor Weihnachten dort. Für uns das perfekte Haus, sehr geräumig mit zwei Bädern. Ja, die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr charmant und stilvoll. Alles sehr sauber. Wir fanden es nicht laut. Im Gegenteil: Eine wunderschöne Oase mitten im spanischen Leben. Wir hatten zwei Autos und konnten immer vor dem Haus parken. Sehr gute Betreuung.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung - besser als die Fotos erwarten lassen

Gut ausgestattet - besser als es die Bilder erahnen lassen. Toller Blick in die Berge und sogar ein bisschen Meerblick. Super gepflegtes Grundstück und die Möblierung ist zwar älter aber absolut hochwertig und in Ordnung. Alles war absolut Top.

Great villa

My son and I had a great stay here - thank you Erica for being helping make our stay a very enjoyable one. The villa was well laid out and spotlessly clean. The beds are firm (a plus), there's a lovely small balcony seating area, and the pool was bigger than I had feared and just shallow enough to be able to stand on tip-toe if you're average height. The kitchen is pretty well equipped if you like cooking, and Lidl is a very short drive away. Within 100m, there are some good restaurants, mainstream bars and an excellent bakery. The only downside is that it's quite noisy, especially if you want to sleep late - you're directly above a carwash and petrol station, you get traffic noise from the main road and the bin men start before dawn. But it's a great base to explore the greener, less touristy northern end of the island, with pretty beaches, historic La Laguna, Mount Teide, a pretty butterfly sanctuary and botanical gardens at Icod, Loro Parque on the doorstep and so on. Overall, highly recommended!

Wohlfühlurlaub

Schöner Pool, gepflegter Garten, großzügiges , geräumiges Haus mit kanarischem Flair, gemütliche Küche - alles da, was man braucht! Waschmaschine und Trockner super! Betten sehr bequem, Holzboden knarrt behaglich, Peletkamin war leider defekt - Maria Eloisa hat uns einen elektrischen Radiator (und eine Flasche Wein) zum Wärmen gebracht :-) Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Ruhe gesucht, Lärm und Stress gefunden

Grundstück, sehr schön und gepflegt, und Räumlichkeiten der Villa sehr gut und wie versprochen. Leider ist die Lage alles andere als eine ruhige Wohn- gegend. Tankstelle mit Waschanlage direkt daneben (und läuft tgl ,auch an Feiertagen, von 6 - 22 Uhr), Grundstück direkt an der einzigen und vielbefahrenen Hauptstr. des Ortes (Linien- und Reisebusse, ein Eldorado für Biker) , Müllcontainer zu beiden Seiten des Hauses(auch für Glas), Kirche zur Vorderseite, die gut besucht wurde und Kirchvorplatz, der der Treffpunkt abends für die einheimischen Jugendlichen war. Leider war auch Pool nicht gut nutzbar, das Wasser war viel zu kalt. Und ab dem 21.12. bis zu unserem Auszug wurde die Hauptstr. über Lautsprecher mit Weihnachtsmusik beschallt!!!!! Schade, wir hatten Ruhe gebucht und leider alles andere bekommen.

A wonderful week

We had the most delightful stay, the house was perfect for our every need and Erica was so helpful with any questions leading up to our holiday and at check in. The bedrooms are a great size and plenty of seating both inside and out. Location is brilliant for easy local Amenities and a short drive to beaches and more restaurants. Great runs too from the house along high coastal paths with breathtaking views. Couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you!
