Maastricht and surroundings, the Heuvelland is known for its beautiful cycling and walking routes. You have the option of storing your bicycle locked in a private storage room.

The property has 2 entrance doors. Incoming in the central hall is the entrance door to the apartment.

In the hallway are the access doors to the spacious bedrooms. These are equipped with a double box spring, storage for clothes, a decorative fireplace and a small workplace. Adjacent to these rooms is the living and dining room, furnished with a sofa bed that also serves as a 5th and 6th sleeping place. The kitchen and dining room have everything for a pleasant meal.
