On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the chalet, offering a comfortable space to relax and gather. Adjacent to it, a small open kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and includes a dining table, making it a convivial space for shared meals. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. From the living area, direct access leads to a large south-facing terrace of 40 m2, which also benefits from an east-facing orientation, offering beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

On the upper floor, the chalet accommodates 3 bedrooms, all featuring sloping ceilings that add to the authentic alpine character of the property. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
