MALAGARBA Ref. VP30

Malagarba is a spacious villa with amazing views of the Puig de Maria mountain in Pollensa. This is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a family holiday.

The sweeping drive leads to the ample parking area to the rear of the property. Entering the house there is an abundance of light in the spacious living dining area with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and internet connection. Leading on from this area is the large country style kitchen which is fully equipped and also offers a further dining area.

Off to the side of the kitchen and with access to the exterior terraces there is a covered purpose built barbecue area.



There are 4 bedrooms at Malagarba. There are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. There are also two twin bedrooms which share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning.



The exterior of the villa is very well maintained with lawned area, sunbeds and large swimming pool. The covered terrace is a great place to enjoy al fresco dining and take shade from the heat.

Great location

Lovely Villa great views of the area from the garden, lots of space for family holidays. Great pool a good size and flat area around it for children to play safely

Family holiday

We had the most relaxing and peaceful holiday at this delightful villa. The welcome pack was a lovely added touch. The villa had everything needed for our stay. It was very clean and the towel change mid week was great. The view was stunning and with no other villas around us, we enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was close to Pollensa old town and only a 5 minute car journey into PP. This villa is definitely a good find and we will be back. Thanks for an amazing holiday.

Very nice Finca with Pool near Port de Polenta

Garden was very nice. The Pool is big and clean. Good position to discover the North of Mallorca. Add Air Conditioning also in the other rooms (now only in bedrooms available)

A beautiful villa!

Incredible views of the mountains Loads of indoor and outdoor space Unexpected welcome pack providing essentials when first arrived Immaculately cleaned Air conditioning in the bedrooms Fantastic location Beautiful swimming pool Plenty of seating and eating areas Pollenca old town is stunningly beautiful The perfect villa for adults, or families with older children A few too many ornaments around the house! Whilst they added to the character, they left us feeling a bit on edge in case of breakage. Glad our children are older, but families with younger children may struggle with this. Can’t be improved, but so visitors are aware, the villa is on a busy narrow road it is set back, so there is no sound from the road, that is not an issue, but it does make it quite dangerous to walk/run along if you wanted to explore by foot.

Familienauszeit in ruhigem Haus

Wir waren 2 Wochen Ende Mai in diesem Haus mit teilweise 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Wetter war zu Beginn etwas kühl für die Jahreszeit aber die Kinder haben den Pool dennoch in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig außerhalb von Pollença. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Pollença oder am Meer bzw. in den Bergen. Gerne wären wir die kurze Strecke auch zu Fuß nach Pollença gelaufen aber die schmale Straße ist dann doch sehr stark befahren und es gibt keinen Seitenstreifen. Der Garten und das Poolareal sowie die Veranda sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Haus war ausreichend groß für unsere Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur auch über Mail war tadellos. Nach kurzer Nachricht wurden uns zusätzlichen Poolhandtücher und Betttücher gebracht. Die Bäder sind zweckmäßig wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der ein oder andere arg verkalkte Duschkopf könnte günstig und schnell einmal ausgetauscht werden. Die Betten sind teilweise auch recht durchgelegen. Dennoch haben die Kinder und wir die zwei Wochen gut geschlafen. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut. Zusammenfassend würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder buchen allerdings wäre ein Update der Küche, Bäder und Schlafzimmer wünschenswert. Auch die etwas überladen wirkende Innendekoration ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack.

Diese Villa ist aufgrund ihrer Lage, des Geländes und der Größe der Einrichtung sehr beliebt. Wir nehmen die Kommentare bezüglich der Betten und der Einrichtung zur Kenntnis. Wir werden uns darum kümmern. Die Küche und die Bäder, obwohl sie aus der Zeit stammen, sind funktionell und nicht etwas, das man leicht ersetzen oder ändern kann, nur weil sie so aussehen. Tolle Lage, super Aufenthalt

Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war top. Die Lage haben wir sehr genossen. Totale Ruhe, toller Pool. Verkehrsmäßig super. Man ist schnell überall. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Zwei große Ehebetten wären gut. Und: die Türen sind sehr verzogen, so dass sie nur sehr laut schließen. Steht einer nachts auf, werden leider alle wach.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft.

Das Haus war sauber, geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist groß und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche.

A perfect Mallorcan stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. So much so that we kept extending our stay. The pool was perfect and the views were incredible. Waking up every morning to the only sound being that of the goats’ bells was wonderful. We would love to return soon. The service from Nord Villas (Vanessa in particular) was excellent. Vanessa was always at hand to assist if needed.
