Family holiday

We had a great time in this beautiful villa! No remarks and very helpful host! Not far from the beach and quite atmosphere! The villa looks very well maintained and is in a very good shape! Nice big table at the terrace and enough privacy!

A beautiful villa in a beautiful area

We came to the villa as a family for my brothers birthday (6 adults and 3 children under 4). The villa is absolutely beautiful with more than enough room for everyone. We had the best holiday all together there and will definitely be rebooking- location is perfect! Marcos the manager was incredibly helpful and always willing to help if needed. Can’t wait to return for another holiday!

Absolutely fantastic 👌

We loved every minute of our stay. The villa was stunning and wouldn’t change a thing. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away . Great communication with host and warm welcome from Marcus. Would definitely return.

super stay in this house

We spent 10 days in this modern, wonderful, well-equipped, quiet house, ideally located, less than 10 minutes by car from the beach or the city center. Many thanks to Marcos who was there as soon as we needed him and to Jorges the owner who allowed us to spend this magnificent holiday in his superb villa. We will come back for sure. THANKS Joel

Many thanks to all involved with the setup and running of this exceptional villa. Jorge was always available online with any queries and Marcus was amusing and timely. Giving us additional time in the villa was very much appreciated. The capacity of the villa was perfect for our party of 10 which included 2 children. The gym equipment was an added bonus which was used by the three fittest male members of our party. We would recommend this villa to any similar party contemplating visiting Meloneras /Maspalomas in Gran Canaria. Top marks! bonus which was well

Wonderful Week

Had an amazing week here, lovely clean modern Villa that looks just like it does on the website! Greeted with a large welcome basket including fruit, snacks,water, alcohol and everything we might need until we took a trip to the supermarket. Located just a short ride away from Melonares where there is a beautiful beach, lots of restaurants and shops, lovely family area. Large supermarket just a short walk away from the villa. Both Jorge and Marcus were very welcoming and helpful, Jorge came straight back to us whenever we messaged with any questions and Marcus was very helpful and maintained everything beautifully. Will definitely return.

Just returned from a brilliant 2 week stay at the villa with all my family. The Villa is everything you see in the pictures & more, so spacious with great size bedrooms & en suites for 10 people. The outdoor living space works so well for all the family lovely pool, large patio & plenty of sunny & shady spots to enjoy all day. We found we did not need to hire a car but if you wanted to fully explore the island this maybe useful. Meloneras beach and Maspalomas are both within walking distance 25 minutes max to Maspalomas & quicker still to Meloneras beach. Both areas are lovely for the family with lots there to see & do & amazing restaurants to eat in all close by to the sea 😊 We used the local taxi service during our stay it was so efficient and cheap! Jorge & Marcos are the perfect hosts so helpful they made us all feel so welcome from start to finish. We would definitely pick this villa to stay in again 🏝️☀️

Birthday celebration

The villa was better than the description as had a saltwater pool and jet spa area in the corner. It had been positioned perfectly to get the morning eastern sunrise at the back of the property and then the afternoon and evening sun at the front where the pool is. There are four bedrooms on the top floor with two of those rooms being twin rooms and sharing a bathroom off the landing area. The two other room are double bed rooms with a en suite bathroom. The bedroom downstairs is a twin bed with an r suite bathroom. There is an outdoor toilet for poolside use. The gym is at the front of the house overlooking the pool and contains a multipurpose weight lifting machine. The house is positioned to get a lovely sea breeze at all times at the front so no matter how strong the sunshine, it did not feel uncomfortable in temperature. The location is near to a supermarket but is lesser known as an area for taxis which is a slight issue when trying to book a taxi for pick up. Overall though this is a great place to stay and great for large groups or families.

DO NOT STAY HERE

At check out, a member of management checked the whole villa for 20mins and was happy with how it was left. When we landed back in the UK, we received an abusive message from the owner saying we had broke the TV and left the sofa in a bad condition. Both accusations denied and currently in process of complaints procedure with VRBO. Other issues; -POOL - very chemical and burnt kids skin. Contacted host half way through holiday and received aggressive message that correct procedures were followed. Also not to spend too long in the pool which is odd advice in a villa where pool is the main feature. -showers dont drain - bedrooms flood. -multiple plugs dont work. plug next to sink upstairs came out of socket -dryer seal broke -Two days before we left, maintainence man said we had to stay inside for two hours in the afternoon while he cleaned pool and outside tiles for next guests arriving. -windows around villa not cleaned and many dirty marks -poor nosing on stairs - multiple members of the group lost footing due to this and fell down last 2 stairs. -apparently owner told me 200 families have stayed at villa but only 64 online reviews (not clear why not same number of reviews as stays ?people chose not to review due to aggressive owner) Have stayed in multiple large villas all around the world and we go on holiday 4-5x/year and have never experienced anything like this. If you choose to stay, the villa is within walking distance to the beach and near a supermarket

Alles bestens. Sehr zuvorkommendes Team. Unser Flug war früh, durften vorab zum Gepäck abstellen rein. Wir konnten sie beobachten, wie sie alles geputzt haben. Sie haben uns sogar geholfen beim einräumen der Küche. Der Strand ist mit Kinderwagen anstrengend zu erreichen, vor allem wenn man übers offene Gelände abkürzt.

Beautiful stay

Die Lage ist hervorragend mit einem kurzen Fussweg zum nahe gelegenen Mercado. Wir haben die Ruhe und Sonnenschein genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig aufgeteilt und wir haben 3 von 5 Schlafzimmern genutzt. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Bettruhe und die Betten waren sehr gut! Marcos war jederzeit erreichbar und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Eine Unterkunft, die wir sehr gern empfehlen!

Beautiful luxury villa!

Jorge was the perfect host very helpful and friendly, Marcos the maintenance man was also lovely. The villa is amazing, very modern and beautifully decorated. There are lots of nice restaurants within 15-30 minutes walk away. As a party of 8 with a baby we found the villa to be very spacious and spotlessly clean. We will return!😎
