La maison de Moustiers' **** is a charming town house located in the center of the historic village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people, in very comfortable conditions. It is located on a pretty little square with a washhouse and a fountain, but nevertheless in a quiet area, away from the passage. A beautiful roof terrace with barbecue allows you to enjoy a magnificent view of the roofs of the village and the cliffs that overlook it.
'La maison de Moustiers' offers an exceptional location for exploring the wonders of Haute Provence: the village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie of course (which has obtained the label "most beautiful villages in France"), but also the Lake of Sainte-Croix with its beaches and water activities, the lavender fields of the Plateau de Valensole and the Gorges du Verdon which are in the immediate vicinity.

"La maison de Moustiers" has been originally furnished and has been awarded the '4 épis de charme' classification by the "Gîtes de France" organisation.
It is a reflection of the village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie: we have tried to furnish it in a way that respects its authenticity, while giving it all the modern comforts that one can hope for when going on holiday! We have therefore given great importance to the comfort of the beds, the layout of the kitchen and that of the relaxation areas (roof terrace, comfortable living room, etc.). In addition, the house is ideally located in the heart of the village, in the immediate vicinity of all the small shops and at the same time sheltered from the passage, very quiet!

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE:

The house is arranged on 4 levels and offers:
- on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) with dining area and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer;
- on the first floor: a living room with sofa bed (140x190 cm), a small balcony and a toilet with sink, which can be used as a small bathroom when the sofa bed in the living room is used;
- on the second floor: a bedroom with XL bed (180x200 cm) and a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink;
- on the upper floor: a relaxation area with a quality extra bed (90x180 cm), a partially covered terrace equipped with deckchairs, a barbecue area with sink and fridge, a dining area, all of it with panoramic views of the cliffs and rooftops of the village.

We do not live on site, but we are at your disposal to help you organize your stay. Do not hesitate to contact us!

Parking is not allowed in front of the house, the village is pedestrian. However, it is allowed to arrive in front of the house with your car in order to unload/upload your luggage & shopping. Then, you can park your vehicle in one of the many public car parks. Some are paying (1,- €/hour in high season only, from April to October), others are free. The car parks are +/- 5 to 10 minutes walk from the house.
